You need to work a bit more on your shading. Everything is really flat. Your anatomy also lacks, especially the Spy with his lanky arm and the Scout's shoulder.
I suggest doing what you have been doing so far, because everything looks much better then when you started. Just keep on spriting and the rest'll come naturally, I'm sure of it. But keep your eyes wide open for any tutorials that you might come acorss, and take a look at official game sprites and fan made sprites every now and then. To compare, and to get ideas.

Will do Damian, do you have any tutorials I can take a look at now? PS. Which one is the lanky arm? Lol
I must admit that I can't really help you with that. The only tutorials I really considered usefull are for another kind of spriting (texture design). Your best bet would just be to dive deeper into the world of sprites and spriters and keep your eyes open ('just keep on doing what you have been doing' ;3). I'll try to search a few tutorials for you, but I can't promise you anything, sorry.
The one that holds the gun.

That's alright, I'm really thrilled that you want to help me though! Oh, that arm. I bet you I can fix that ;3
