“I shall tell the others by telepathy, so they know what is going on,” Xion says.

“Wait. Don’t tell Hailey. I should go do that, in person,” Todd says.

Xion nods. “Very well.”



Alexander starts following, and suddenly looks quite surprised.

“But I am focused on it!” Hailey turns to Todd. “I wanna come too!”

“Exactly! Field test, field test!” Hailey says, jumping around excitedly.

The general turns toward Geoff. “She can’t…”

“She’s right. They might need this thing, after all. And it’s the least we can do, since we cannot help personally,” Geoff says.

“But… But…” the general says.

“Just promise me that you won’t break it. It’s one-of-a-kind and will take a lot of time and money to replace,” Geoff says.

“Yes, sir!” Hailey says, giving an overjoyed salute.



Alexander tilts his head, perplexed. The answer this stranger gave was a bit… cryptic.

"Oh, sorry. My name is Allitride Sumachia."

I see... Why don't you join us for now. Seeing as Alexander is obviously about to tell me something." Batt turns to Alexander. "I can tell when someone is withholding information my friend."

“Not withholding it from you, merely waiting for the right time to speak it. Todd is going alone to another dimension, because he is the only one among us who will fit through the portal,” Alexander says.



As Todd and Hailey leave the base, Geoff call out to them, “Remember to keep the Septon-6 safe! And Hailey, too, she has a good floppy-eared head on her shoulders!”

Cayenne stood, his sword driven into the ground, he stood with his arms behind his back, one foot on the point, balancing on the handle of his sword.

"I see..." Batt says. "What we need is that guy with the Dialga... The one who may, or may not have beaten Beta..."

A worried look came over her face as she took a step back.
