Edit: After some consideration, the glitch itself should be banned for Singles and Doubles. I've also re-written my post to accomodate this change. I also added what could easily be the punishment for the glitches.

As of very recently, it was discovered that Kirby can inhale Ichigo and essentially perform an instant death, and invisible, screenwide Getsuga Tenshou on Ichigo, or in doubles, pretty much anybody. So this is why I propose a ban on the glitch itself for the time being.

In terms of punishment, usage of the glitch will be a forfeit of the round to the player initiating the glitch. Further usage will result in disqualification.

Why ban Kirby-Ichigo singles and doubles?
Why not just ban Kirby's Getsuga Tenshou itself?

Don't ban Kirby vs. Ichigo, ban use of the glitch. Game-Breaking glitches are in other smash titles, like IC freeze thing in Melee, but no one banned the characters.

I can easily see Kirby vs Ichigo not being banned as long as the glitch is inactive. However, it would probably be much harder to keep the glitch banned in Doubles, but I can see it happening if it's inactive, too.
