My favorite item was the fan but they removed it for no reason so now it's the screw attack because you can 0-to-death people with certain characters just by jumping x2 and any strong move upward.

The hitbox is a sphere, it's just that the ends are covered up by the bits of the model that go in front of it. If the hitbox perfectly matched the hammer it wouldn't make any difference because the tips of the circle go out to the ends of the hammer.

ADDENDUM SO I DONT GET WARNED FOR OFF TOPIC: I enjoy smash bros and playing as princess peach in melee. Shes not that good in smash 4 but i like how you can chain aerials with her floaty jump thing

Doesn't help that the hitbox for Usmash isn't the problem it's the fact that majority of it is the sourspot and it's really hard to land the sweetspot.

Things that interested me were Marth and Lucina and Pit and Dark Pit occupying the same spaces. Usually clones place lower, and I was pretty sure it was pure geometry keeping Dark Pit from being as strong as Pit.

Also he kept saying he wasn't going for "potential" powered placements but there we see Ryu again, top 3. Has anything interesting happened with him recently that I'm missing?
