Unarmed: For the brawler
Melee: Pocket knives, bats, and hell, improvised weapons like chairs (might have a perk for better use of those).
Projectiles: The proper use of slingshots, bows, and other machines of the sort. The highest might be like a potato cannon, or firearms (though good luck trying to keep those contraband)
Thrown: Footballs, baseballs, and so on.

You could put a "Special" for items that can't be specified, like maybe a invention of some sort, aforementioned improvised weapons, and so on


PER would probably see like their current status and their highest/lowest stat ("He's frail, but faster than you would think"). INT


There might be some variations, like a football player could kick things accurately with enough unarmed or whatever.

Obviously there will be a kind of "crafting" skill to make stinkbombs, spitballs ect.
also instead of the "Special" skill I should make it so that certain weapons use their own skill, which you gain access to when you find the weapon
