Kris looked amused. He'd planned this story. It was going to be good. He knew what was in the egg, but he wouldn't tell them just yet. He was going to tell them how a young villager had one in his pocket and they exchanged it when Kris visited their battlefield wielding only a katana. The villager mentioned it had been thrown at him by a large green dinosaur.

The only problem was, reality was creating a large spike again. He wanted to avoid a repeat of when he almost destroyed the game by turning himself into M. Bison and summoning irate Slakoths and dancing Spinda. He decided it was probably best if he kept that thought to himself.

He looked at the egg. He knew full well it was a prehistoric Pokémon in the egg, just not a green one. He remembered it was a fossil, and it was a blue Pokémon, he just didn't know what.

"It's a prehistoric egg. It was found in the first ever data dump of the game" said Kris.

[I'll let you decide between Omanyte, Tirtouga or Shiny Tyrunt. I was going to go with the third one to re-emphasise the Smash joke, but I'll let you be the judge of that]

(I'll go with the last one. I feel like a giveaway with a Shiny Pokemon in an egg would've be too Farfetch'd by this point (if we're not counting the 14% chance the Odd Egg has of being shiny))

While Willie struggled to remember all of the things he read on the main Pokemon website prior to getting the game, Whismur sat down and stared at Mantyke, unsure of what to do after eating the berry Mantyke gave him.
Wille then said "Oh, a f-fossil P-pokemon, that's wh-what you're t-talking about..."

After a short discussion with members of the MGRP Slack group and kittenpuncher, I have decided to shut down Pokemon: Dystopia Dimension.... And Reboot it!

I made this decision following being in Songs of Alvaris, noticing how Kiki ran things and also learning about posting in RPs. P:DD did not meet these standard, but that was okay. I was new. But now I think I have the ability to make this much better with my newfound experience.

So, I say, shut down the system. It needs an update.
