How do you make Drawings glow?, light up? or Blur?
I am using Macromedia Flash MX From 1993-2002, (Yeah I know, it's old) Please help, thanks. |

It is done in flash.
It's under the properties section. You'll find everything you need there. |

Are you sure? Which Version of Flash do you think I'm talking about?
I have Paint.NET but that's not what I meant. EDIT: Lol off-topic, this is the first time I have quoted in ages. |

Well Idk if it can't be done in macromedia, but in CS3/4/5 it can.
