I have a couple of questions mainly to effects.

How do you make Drawings glow?, light up? or Blur?
I am using Macromedia Flash MX From 1993-2002, (Yeah I know, it's old)

I don't think it's done in Flash use Paint.Net. It's Like Photoshop! ^.^

It is done in flash.

It's under the properties section. You'll find everything you need there.

Well Idk if it can't be done in macromedia, but in CS3/4/5 it can.
