Time to explain all these admittedly excessively difficult hints!

Hint 1

This is a reference to my signature on the old SSF2 Back Room forum. It also alludes to the fact that while I am no longer heavily involved in SSF2, I am leveling up in Project: M.

The title was the key to this hint. "Aggressive Blue Magic" is a reference to my sprite topic, in which I posted a concept sprite for the protagonist of a fighting game that I am working on. Said protagonist has blue flames encircling her hand. These flames are admittedly more technological in origin, but WHATEVER CREATIVE LIBERTIES.

As Franziska correctly deduced, the four Roys are a reference to my favourite MG Mafia role, RoyMaster4.
