Had an idea over the weekend. Want some opinions.
It's like a freeform RP. There are no main antagonistic forces, it is like an MMO how it never truly ends, but is instead an endless adventure. It's more or less derived from the idea of arcs in a story of an adventure.
I have the story and races thought out. I don't believe there is anything else that would be of need. Maybe classes sometime in the future, but maybe not.

I probably won't do this, but I just need to get ideas out time to time.



The book, "Adventures" was published after the deaths of Fergusan, Leonhult, and Rawwin. It accounted his many strange journeys through the mystical lands of A'lthyn. The quick rise of popularity of this book led to a new adventurous spirit in the people of the land. This in turn led to a rise of solo and group adventuring. This is an account of a group which went ahead on their own amazing adventure.

Races

Human:
"First, there are the humans. In truth, we all are humans at the center, but the most basic humans are those without any special traits at all." ~ Fergusan
The most basic race on A'lthyn. They populate most of the middle areas of the world and have no special abilities.

Elf:
"The succulent, saucy Elves are an almost all female race, often living in seclusion in forests, but some find lives in bustling cities. Their charm is widely known, and they have often been a human's guilty pleasure." ~ Fergusan
The second most common race are the Elves. Though in lore they are said to be small, they are actually moderately tall beings. The differences when noting Elves from humans is the unique ears, which have become somewhat of a cultural icon. Elves can communicate with nature very well and can concoct a variety of medicinal herbs.

Uderswan:
"Perhaps one of the stranger sub-human types, Uderswans are massive, hairy men who have no visible eyes in their sokets. This is possibly due to the fact that they have lived in caves and caverns for centuries and no longer needed such trivial organics." ~ Rawwin
A race once thought to have never truly existed. They are a subgroup of the humans who had found shelter in caves. They have slightly evolved through the time they first entered caves, their bodies being much larger a built for a harsh life underground.

Dragon Hearts:
"A completely wacky sub-race which seems to exhibit strange patterns of abnormal transformation phases. This man has seen one before his very eyes transform and rip apart a lamb. Truly frightening!" ~ Leonhult
Dragon Hearts are dragons who forgo a life hidden as a human. Even though they hide themselves, it is apparent through their blood red eyes and somewhat scaled skin. Thye are often confused with Galngoyls, but are completely different.

Galngoyls:
"Strange, but fascinating creatures which roam the night. They are the farthest off on the sub-human branch, and are very deformed compared to regular humans, having hunched backs and strange colored skin which ranges from purple to a sick green depending on their habitat. Compared to Dragon hearts, they always hold wings, while the Dragon hearts do not." ~ Fergusan
The last and least frequently seen race, the Galngoyls are so far off the evolutionary charts, some don't even classify them as human. They are a particularly violent race and are one of the two races which do not wear clothing normally other than Uderswans.

That's all I got. Maybe more later on, but this was the idea I had over the weekend.

Strangely I kept thinking of elves for some reason.

Of course, every RP shall die, but the Passion burns within!

I don't know how we could take off with this little, but It looks like something I'd do.
