if you read the description of the speculation section, it almost guarantees that luffy wont be in. considering snake, simon and olimar have stages, they have a higher chance than luffy.

Well i'm not sure if he/she will be in but...I would really love the Inkling Boy/Inkling Girl to be in the game Since they probably won't be in Smash 4 (I know there are costumes coming out tomorrow but it's not exactly the same thing...)

I speculate that in light of SE just announcing FF VII Remake at E3 Cloud Strife's chances of getting added are now higher than before and if he's not on the list/can't be added for 1.0 he could be the 1st official expansion-If post SSF2 1.0 official expansion(s) indeed happen

I speculate that Sora may see some changes now that we've seen his Kingdom Hearts III outfit and a bit of the gameplay. From what they've shown, his keyblade can transform into different forms like magic pistols. It also seemed like the Ride abilities(Roller coaster, Tea Cups, swinging Ship etc) were transformations of his keyblade.




I agree with this. Though he could be considered as an expansion.

Besides speculating Luffy, who I still do speculate, I am actually going to speculate a Nintendo character. I am speculating that Mike Jones from Star Tropics will join the roster as a surprise character. He would be so cool to play as with his yo-yo.

i really wanted seiya from saint seiya because its not as popular in english countries as it is here in brazil but hes like top five with goku naruto luffy and ash theres no big 3 here so just a sugestion because i think no one else would make it

I do not think Shovel Knight even had a game on a Nintendo system.

Fire Emblem Awakening was released in Japan in 2012, but still not too likely. Out of all Awakening reps it would be Chrom since he was most popular pre-Smash 4.

I would like to see Chrom too mainly because I want to see other Fire Emblem characters playable than the ones we have now.

Even I know that's pretty stupid considering so many fans would probably lose love for smash flash 2 considering half to most of them love the original version from the N64 all the way to 3DS/WiiU would probably leave the ssf2 community for luigi not being in ssf2 and as for my specs. Waluigi cleod9 and/or some cool feature like the old ssf2 skins for characters as a alt. costume choice...
