You're trying to multishine?

Here is how to shine-cancel and by extension multishine:

1. Shine.
2. Jump.
3. Do something.

In order to multishine, you have to Shine really quickly after jumping. So, in order to multishine, hold down and mash jump and the special button in alternation or mash down and the special button in alternation with up. You're too slow if you're rising in the air after trying to multishine. Do it in 1/4th speed and see how it looks.

Shine grab is so good in this game. can be done from walk, run, dash, and stand. crap.

how good do you guys think fox vs marth is? I use marth against marth now.

It's alright. They both can destroy each other real well.

That's what I said, they destroy each other. The up throw chain grab that Marth has on Fox is in Melee as well so I am not sure why you said that.

The main changes are that Marth is a lot harder to gimp and that the punish game for Fox is a lot different (no waveshining, but you do get nice SSF2-only combos too), as well as that bair is a really good kill move against Marth. I think it's probably even or slightly in Marth's favor, and I could be persuaded that it's in Fox's favor.

I agree, it's probably Marth's favor. Such edge much guard very U-Air.
