Story:
So like, there's this guy, named Sol(Badguy!!), and he's a vampire who's like hiding in like Tahiti. He's pretty evil dude. Anyway, Sol here did some crazy s***. His best friend killed him when he became a vampire, chopping off his genitals so he couldn't make cute little vampire Sol babies (vampires can asexually reproduce through their s****), but he really didn't kill him (because he's a vampire, duh). Later, Sol came back and killed the man who killed him, chopping both of them into little pieces simultaneously, and then using his vampire powers to combine the pieces into one solid form, corroborating the two begins into one, the Sol we know today.

Sol disappeared for 70 years after that, but recently he was reawakened by some treasure hunters on a beach in Tahiti. His appearance sparked a growth of what is called a "stand" in certain individuals, his "stand" and it's powers are unknown, though. These stands are often ridiculously named, similar to their ridiculously named users. Several of these stand users decided to join together to put an end to the poor bastard and fix Tahiti's blood stained geography.

(As we start the RP, all the members will be present. I don't want to go through the trouble of that recruitment s***.)

So we're going to set up a system based on the series.
Just like in JJBA, the stand is an extension of the body, and therefore, if it is hit, your body receives a wound in the exact spot.
Through this fact, if your stand is hit in a vital spot, you're a dead f***.
But, you can also choose to attack the enemy directly too.

Not all stands are humanoid, such as Hol Horse's "The Emperor" (a gun that has bullets that fly as the user wishes), Joseph Joestar's "Hermit's Purple" (shoots vines(wtf, I still don't know why) and can make images appear from far distances away), Anubis (a stand inside a sword), and and can have different abilities.
Take for example, "Weather Report" (controls weather) and "The Hanged Man" (can only attack and be seen through a reflective surface).
Your stand's ability can be as creative as you wish, and I'll let some slightly godmod abilities go through, but remember to keep it non-cheap.

Appearance: A dour man confined to a wheelchair due to injuries affecting his legs. His upper body is built up immensely to compensate for his non-existent lower body strength. he wears a white wife beater (undershirt for the squares out there), to show off his build and dark pants of a blackish hue. A deep scar runs across his squared face at a 45º angle, and he smokes a cigarette casually between his clenched teeth. His graying hair is slicked back and he wears a light shadow of hair across his face.
Stand name: Sinatra
Stand appearance: A faceless, humanoid stand with one red eye in the center of it's face, that has a slim build and ever so slight feminine curves. Blades are furled about it's lustrous, gray body, forming a ribcage about the body that can be unfurled if wished. The arms flatten out into twin blades as well, but the points can shatter apart, creating fingers for gripping or clawing.
Stand ability: Sinatra can unfurl the blades around it's body and slice those in close proximity. Additionally, the blades can dissipate and be reformed before it to be launched. If the target does not move fast enough, the blades can also be reformed inside the body, causing severe damage if removed. All blades that may be inside enemies dissipate when Sinatra is called back or if Kasem (and through that, Sinatra) is destroyed.

Age: 24
Appearance: Completely average in looks, if it weren't for the cowboy-ish attire, the brown coat, cowboy hat, boots, and even a metal "badge" on his vest (just a metal round object he found, and thought it would be good on him). His black hair is long enough to block his blue eyes (despite that, he can see perfectly). Oh, and his left arm is robotic, for whatever reason.
Stand name: The Thing
Stand appearance: A small tan-colored box, big enough to fit one's hand. When "released", it looks slightly like a two-legged scorpion (if it was flat anyway). One panel constitutes the head, one for the body, two for the arms (on each side of the body), and the tail is three panels.
Stand ability: Can suck in anything, and spit it out at tremendous speeds. The object (or person) is rendered invincible until it finally hits something, where it then stops the effect. Ringo can choose whatever object is released, but nothing else. It can also become a tiny scorpion-like being using the panels. With razor-sharp edges, and flight.

Name: Violen T. Carnegie
Age: 21
Appearance: Imagine if you will an average East Asian person. Now think of ricers. Combine the two and you get this man. A black top and black eyes on a unshaven face, which would look horrible if it weren't near perfectly symmetric. Likewise, the mop on top is long and unkempt, being oily and reflective as a result. Keeping himself clothed with a white shirt, black leather jacket left unbuttoned, and jeans of indeterminate time since its last wash, many mistake the worn out and dull look for fatigue. They are wrong, it is all just a façade. Beneath that mask lies the expression of a crazed killer with a propensity towards road rage.
Stand name: Manslaughter
Stand appearance: On the outside, it looks like an old FC3S, but people tend to mistake Manslaughter for a car. It doesn't help that he was "painted" white either. Of course, whenever Manslaughter was done with whatever poor victim he had at the moment, the red blood tended to contrast nicely with his white exterior. Inside were racing seats and a set of pink furry dice. The gauges would be all but arcane in function to those that tried to derive their use. Like all good sports cars, Manslaughter is a shift-stick. Violen, the driver and owner, drives on the right side but it can be switched according to country while Manslaughter has not been summoned.
Stand ability: Like any normal car, Manslaughter can be used for transport. Unlike normal cars, Manslaughter possesses incredible handling and physical characteristics. For one, he can float on the surface of water by sealing himself shut but he can't move. Two, his grip can latch on to anything and is literally able to drive people up the wall. Three, he is as sturdy as a main battle tank. And lastly, underneath the hood lies a set of metal fangs where the engine would be. Anyone run over by manslaughter would considered as good as having a Megalodon ram you straight on and then eat you. Vehicular Manslaughter indeed.

Name: Geppetto R. Camine
Age: 19 (Hey, it's a bizarre RP, is it not?)
Appearance: He wears a large grey cap on his head, one you would ofter see on those kids that yell "Extra! Extra! Read all about it!" in the winter (of course, he wears it regardless of the season), a white scarf with red stripes wrapped around his neck accompanying his winter-wear. He also adorns a grey jacket with large buttons of the same color, under it a warm, dark green sweater. Grey jeans added to his rather bland look, under them light-grey dress shoes. Dark-brown fingerless gloves hardly broke the chain of grey, the hands under them often holding his stand (appearance below). Light, pale blue eyes decorated his face, although his right eye (which, if you looked hard, you would notice was wooden) was almost always covered by the shade the rim of his cap provided. His mouth was covered by his scarf, although his nose still showed. Completely contrast to the grey he decorated his body with was his golden hair, his bangs almost reaching his eyebrows, which were black, no matter which way you looked at them. If you looked closely at his left arm (or felt it) you would notice that it was made of wood, the fingers of which could produce extremely long blades that, although hardly, were longer than those of most swords. When it's taken off, there are two gun barrels producing from the end of the shoulder, which can suprisingly be activated with one hand.
Stand name: Manipulator
Stand appearance: The stand takes the appearance of a long but light marionette controller made of a jet-black-painted titanium. Unlike the usual, this one is much rounder, as instead of planks, this uses poles of pre-mentioned titanium.
Stand ability: The stand uses Geppetto's soul as "soul wire", which uses the unbreakable bond of energy to power Geppeto's hand-carved puppets (will be described in-game) and will them to him, or, if Geppetto isn't using any puppets, to control anyone with a weak will. Other than thet it's fairly useless, other than the fact that it makes a hard staff to block if weilded properly.

Name: Darbaide S. Untergang
Age: 29
Appearance: Darbaide's appearance is relatively thin. While he isn't a sasquatch, he would still tower over regular people, but despite the amount of exercise and training building up all of his muscles, he's probably only as strong as two or three healthy people. His height is enormous, always a couple of feet above others. From the top down, he wears a black hat which looks like it's squeezing some amount of his orange hair, since a few inches of it point outwards and look like they're going to burst. His ears are average, but they point very slightly. His nose is long and slender, which holds the yellow shades that always cover his eyes. He wears surprisingly normal clothing, just a large, short-sleeved yellow shirt with large, bold black lines across the neck and down the torso, the sleeves are a little too large for his arms. He wears black hip hop pants with a red chain, and very deep pockets, one of which he always keeps his right hand in, and it goes all the way in, he doesn't even have to bend his arm. His shoes would be the last interesting thing one would look at, they're just black dress shoes. If his skin is exposed, three large, horizontal scars are seen from his chest to his stomach.
Stand name: Transparent Maiden
Stand appearance: An opaque white figure twice as large as Darbaide. Its outline is exactly like his, including his clothing, but several shapes taking the form of smiling faces are missing from its body, most noticeably the one on its face, which corresponds to Darbaide's own facial expressions. The air around it is black, making its body and the faces contrast more. It doesn't walk, although it copies the motions of Darbaide, it just "blinks" and inches closer and closer to its destination. Even if Darbaide walks, it will copy his motions but stay in place despite not moving.
Stand ability: Darbaide's targets will hear a loud, continuous screech, even if they are deaf (Their minds will provide it for them). Their ears are not physically harmed, but it's possible to drive them insane. The stand itself is ethereal, but it will burn the person it passes through, Darbaide can make it do attacking motions to burn his enemies several times. If he defeats his opponents, he will become incredibly sadistic, and keep them alive while making their pain grow. Occasionally, Darbaide will play a game, such as "Guess my middle name," or "Why do I have these three scars?", promising he will stop and leave them alone if they guess correctly. The screeching noise grows and grows until the enemy becomes paralyzed, and he will simply take a knife out of his pocket and kill them. Of course, no one he has defeated has ever won one of his little games.

Name: John Ivory
Age: 37
Appearance: John is a relatively simple-dressing man with few distinct features about him. His eyes are a chilling blue, usually unobstructed by his short, scraggly brown hair. Lithe and tall, John has almost no muscles to speak of, as he does not rely on physical strength. He wears a simple black suit, not unlike a nobles', with no tie to speak of. The legs of the suit are several inches too long, and usually touch the ground, if not getting stuck under his elegant leather dress shoes.
Stand name: Dead Draw
Stand appearance: Dead Draw is a brass saxophone, shining as if it were made of gold. Though it appears simple, the inner workings of the saxophone are the most interesting. Engraved inside are strange runes covering almost the entirety of the saxophone, though these do not seem to effect how well it plays.
Stand ability: The most basic of abilities with Dead Draw is its' sheer musical beauty; some songs often chill those who listen to their core, while others fill minds with solemn images. Of course, Dead Draw is far more intricate then a simple musical instrument. When played, it may have a variety of both active and passive effects; particularly ones to weaken and induce the feeling of sleep. It can, however, attack more offensively with ear-shatteringly loud noise and send waves of sound to knock things back. Particularly, it may compose purple blasts of energy and hurl them at opponents, though they are not very strong in their own right.

It's not very thick but I think it's relatively well-done, at least for someone like me.
