so the other day i was like
"what if I mixed FALLOUT and HIGH SCHOOL"
damn I'm a genius right?
anyway it would use a system similar to fallout's S.P.E.C.I.A.L and skill systems except it would apply to the stereotypical high school life filled with parties, stupid practical jokes, gangs, and all the great fun that comes with those things (Think Bully except cooler)
I think all would be welcome and s*** but be prepared for the ride of your lives ffs
besides who doesn't want to see an Rp run by a druggie?

kyuubit we will simply have to fix what is broken
vats (if implemented) will probably be used/calculated fallout 2 style, especially during food fights and s***
but I need some kinda formula to calculate percentages and maybe rolls if i decide to use them?
I'd look up the formulas and s*** for fallout games but i dunno how to internets
