Assuming his DAir is still the tornado, it is NOT removed, it never was. Though personally I would have wanted Luigi to get a different DSpecial instead, since many people view him as the (semi)clone.

luigi is like fox and wolf essentially the same but with a few changes but in luigi's case completely different b-special attacks

Two of their specials are very similar, in both appearance and function. Versus Fox/Wolf, where all their specials are similar.

The only special attack that is remotely similair in function is the Super Jump Punch, but even then Luigi has additional mechanics so that people use it differently.

If you want to boil it down to the simplest of simplest things, then I suppose you could argue that the bros. both have a Neutral Special which shoots a projectile, yes.

They are both fireballs, just because their trajectories are different doesnt change the fact that they are still similar.

And I meant Super Jump Punch's function as a recovery move, not an attack.

If you're judging moves and whether or not they're cloned solely based off of appearance then you may as well call all swordfighters clones, everyone who punches a clone, and everyone who kicks a clone.

What actually matters is that the move functions differently, not how it looks or what it's called.
