Bomberman feels alot more stable and usable. Can't notice anything else except that you can utilize your bombs more by throwing them upwards and downwards

As a Bomberman user that likes to detonate bombs in midair, I like his changes.

Eh.....

Great at juggling.
Powerful throws.
Works sorta like Snake, but without fast attacks.
Lotsa knockback and KO power throughout his moveset.
Can gain stage control very quickly.
Average combo ability (though he can extend certain strings with bombs)

His main weaknesses include: Being rather big for his weight class, slow movement, lack of recovery options, and his short-mid range.

Basically, if you like a character that goes BOOM alot, Bomberman is your man :wee:

Bomberman's side-b is the jankiest thing ever, almost as good as spamming turnip with peach while dashing, but more reliable. You can just spam side-b on an opponent, and swipe them off the edge without them having a chance to react.

Once they're off the edge, and they're not metaknight, you can just set up enough bombs, or edgeguard them to death. Probably the character I can get back from a 3 stock deficit the easiest.

Glad some people like it, just that I do not like how he fights really...

That's definitely just our CPUs being dumb, there's years for them to react, they just choose not to because they can't get close enough. Do not try to do that online.

I notice Bomberman can't reflect Projectiles with his Aerial S-spec any more.

He's got a a little bit of improvements here and there, like that sweetspotted B-air.

~The Rate of bombs he can produce seems faster and with up "bomb throw" and the bomb drop in the air added, it spreads out all the bombs more especially on platform stages like Battlefield.
~U-throw still chains on mid to heavy weights.
~Bomb Kick kicks the bombs much more faster than before.
~Improved U-spec

That's just from what I've seen so far.

Bomberman's up-tilt is awesome.

-anti-air, good against shorthops
-juggles for days
-can be chained into easily from up throw
-leads to combos

Some tips I learned playing as Bomberman:

Bair and Fair have very good knockback regardless of %. Use this to your advantage to create bigger and better bombs.
Don't explode the bombs when the opponent would. AKA, don't make it predictable. Blow them up when they least expect it and lure them into a false sense of security.
Small and medium bombs are good combo starters. Take advantage of them.
During invincibility, 1 P bomb can be created before it wears off. Take advantage of that to get one on the field.
F Throw and B throw are very good finishers, along with D Smash and F Smash. P Bomb is also a good finisher provided you feel you can connect with it.
People will be afraid to approach you when you have bombs out on the field and will typically adopt a defensive fighting style as a result. You can take advantage of Bomberman's superb air speed to maneuver around their attacks and hit them.
Finally, mix up your style between aggressive and defensive often.
