So we more of less now know for sure Nagato literally had Madara's eyes... My question is when exactly would Madara have had a chance to pass them off? Nagato had no memory of it happening, meaning it would probably have happened when he was an infant or something, which just raises more questions...

(And most importantly)
Poor Rin.
I never thought this would happen. I had assumed that Kakashi had failed to protect Rin, but never thought he had killed her himself! Now this poses the question why would he do it?
My theory is this. When Obito asks white zetsu what danger Kakashi and Rin are in, he says they are surrounded by dozens of mist shinobi and something about experimental bodies. So- we weren't given any details about these experimental bodies, but what if Kakashi was confused and struck Rin thinking it was an 'experimental body' or if he was just confused by them.
What do you think?

I thought this was what pretty much happened.
Failing to save Rin is forgivable.
Killing Rin is an entirely different story.

Maybe this is why Kisame called Tobi 'Madara' because Madara could have been in charge of the Mist Shinobi

I feel like that Kakashi just killed a Zetsu Clone and Zetsu kidnapped Rin so that Obito would hate Kakashi and the world and go along with Madara's Plan
