First show your talent on MG. Sprite, Code, or do something talented to get your hopes up on the SSF2 dev team. If lucky enough, Cleod9 or another dev may spot your talent and could put you as a SSF2 dev so you can help with SSF2. However, the chances are 1/1000 so hope for the best Second, read the rules. If you avoid it, don't complain about the several bans/warnings you may get by what you call "Accident". Its best you follow the guidelines while posting here and having a good time Enjoy your stay at your Mcleodgaming forums

They've been harsher now. It used to be "looks, i makes da sonic recoler  and i cans makes trophys if you wants  " But now they have to have useful skills in many different areas, and stay in the community for a while. Even then, they have to ease into the position where the devs will think about excepting them. But it's not as hard as some people make out.

Well, there's a program called MS Paint. It costs quite a bit, though. But some computers might have it pre-installed.
