I'm back again with more sprites. They (some of you might think thank god!) are not edits of sonic characters. He, I have decided to name him Auron.

So here he is!

Please, give me all the advice you can give me. I know people will say it's terrible. It is inevitable. I will just ignore them.

The only advice is start over.
There's is nothing worth telling you to fix, barring the obvious everything.

Delete the template you used to make this off your Hard Drive and never look for it again, just so you don't use it again. It is a piece of shit that is enabling you to be shittier.


And maybe,
just maybe,
realize people who say the sprite is terrible are right.

Because,
you know,
it's terrible.

You do know I DO have feelings. And I'm an amature at spriting. Give me a template to work with if you don't like mine though.

Stop acting like a child, if you want to learn how to sprite stop begging and get off your a** and do some work for yourself.
I can guarantee you that all the great spriters you see today started off with scibbling and spent countless hours perfecting their work, if you won't devote the time to even attempt to make a template - give up.

Don't talk about feelings. Sprite them.

Being 13 means nothing.

I can show you 13 year olds who were great spriters(myself not included because I'm a one trick pony).

If you equate skill to age then you are most certainly untalented and need more work. So try working, because we're not going to do it for you.

You know, I'm just going to give up spriting. I never had artistic talent in the first place.

I don't know if you're trying to create humor or something, cause this thread is just too funny to be true. People are giving you honest advice and opinions, which you asked for for.


Well you certainly stood your ground. Bravo.

You're giving up cause some people were mean to you on the internet? If you actually have any interest in this sort of thing, you wouldn't give up so easily. Go look up tutorials on DeviantArt or something. Learn from people who actually have some semblance of talent. Grow a pair and learn that taking the internet too seriously, let alone this forum, is just stupid.

Well, I never wanted to do the art part of video games (which I do want to make video games) in the first place. I have tried too many times to impress people with my best and it is NEVER enough. I just CAN'T sprite. Period. ChaosVii, I hope your happy to learn that you won't see my "trash" anymore. @Golem: I just wanted to have something of my own that everyone liked. I didn't think that you had to be "perfect" to impress. I was thinking that spriting wasn't so hard. I should have known better. I am not fit to sprite. I will now just give my honest thought on others' sprites (if you weren't paying attention, most sprites, to me, are good. I compare them to my own work. Anything better than what I have done ever is a good sprite.)

But I'd be happier to know that you actually cared to sprite instead of trying it two or three times and then giving up as if you'd never understand how.

You don't sprite to impress, you sprite because you enjoy it. If you can learn to have the patience then maybe someone here can help you out, or even someone somewhere else.
