Just to make sure, are copyrighted characters allowed in the banner or not? I remember one banner way back when did, I don't see how it could turn into copyright issues, but just to be on the safe side I thought I'd ask.

Just so you know, you got the dimensions mixed up... the one that's 500x71 is the main image, the one on the right is smaller.
Correct me if I'm wrong... but I'm pretty sure I'm correct.
Edit:
I'm putting my banner on hold until it's figured it out, so if someone could find out, that'd be cool :)
