Internet Explorer 8, and there is no other nearby computer with a different browser, so idk if it still happens with a different browser.

No pressure if possible, but you are asking a question that does not belong here. This discussion is for bugs in the site, not the SSF2 game. I would suggest you post that question in the Bug Discussion Thread instead of here.

This is just to help establish a bit better that it's not SSF2 related. I think it helps in addition to the giant notice within the section

#1 because it gets cleaned out every once in awhile and #2 it is a very active section and doesn't necessarily represent forum activity as a whole very well
