Should be your. EDIT: Be nice overall, maybe? I believe it's "anybody elses' ideas", because the current use is kind of awkward.

I think rule two should he edited to:
Overall, be nice to each other. Instead of: Be overall nice to each other.

I believe it is already grammatically correct. "Anybody" is singular; therefore, the apostrophe and word usage is correct. It is basically saying, "No stealing any one body's ideas."

Your wording tends to be unnatural at times that is all. I'm curious as to whether English is your first language or not. "Feel free to look around here if you like" or "Feel free to look around here if you'd like ((as in want)) to" I honestly do not know which one you're going for.

hosts should be host and it makes more sense to add "Smash Bros." after original.

Sometimes I get my brother to help me with my English. He points out spelling and grammatical mistakes. After we moved here from Asia, my bro was born. My actual English is actually really really terrible. But I do try. Should Modship really be capitalized?

I think it needs to be. Modship is being a a special person; therefore, being a proper noun. As for a period after Bros? I think you should just change the name to brothers with a comma. I do not recall grammar needing a period, THEN a comma. (But I think that is with just quotes)

But usually you have a period after you shorten a word?

Exactly why I think it should be "brothers" instead of "bros." In quotes you don't have period-comma, not suer about sentence structure though.

Back to the Modship thing, Modship isn't a person - it's a thing you have. You don't say "Hakker is a Moderator", you say "Hakker is a moderator".
Even if the job is extremely important, you don't necessarily capitalize. You don't say "Obama is the President of the United States" (although you could) You say "Obama is the president of the United States"
