OOC: No offense, but I think only Chunin, or Genin with kekkei genkai are able to pull off such powerful Jutsu. A Genin is a beginner. Not every Genin is Naruto/Sasuke level. They both had special "Gifts"

A arm made of gem? You know you couldn't move it and it would be heavy as hell.
