NEW CHANGES:
- Lag Rules have been updated to include actual values. When the lag card is played, one or both players will be dropped from the tournament if either of the following is true:
-- download AND upload speed are below 4 Mb/s.
-- download OR upload speed is below 1 Mb/s.

This way, I won't come off as being biased or unfair in my decisions.

Should probably add an upper ping value to the Lag Rules. I recommend somewhere between 60-80, seems to be a good number for most players.

This is a really big tourney bracket... think anyone want to team up with me? My original partner is out of town for a week. ._.'
