It's the new super horn it can attack enemies near you and destroys items that can attack you except likely vehicle ones like the piranha plant and blooper

It probably doesnt protect against the Bullet Bill either. So they finally made an actual defense item that works on the Blue Shell huh?

yeah but you'll probably have to hold onto it for a while if you want to use it for that, i very much doubt you can get it from an item box if you're in first place

If you can get it in first, it's gonna be pretty rare. But I think it will be possible

I'm pretty dissatisfied that using metal versions of characters in Mario Kart is a thing now.

That, and the dude up in Nintendo crushing on Rosalina has a lot of influence in Nintendo game rosters. :/

They're both stupid as hell

But ultimately, this game has Waluigi so the roster is A-OK by me

The characters don't really matter too much since custom karts reduces them to a glorified weight class

But yes, awful roster. Hopefully the tracks will make up for it like MK7

I think both of them make sense, and they're fun additions. People were just acring mad because they thought they were the final two.

This metal characters thing can be destructive, tho. That shouldn't be getting "normal" for a Mario Kart game, especially on some Pink-Gold Peach s***.

And I think carts' individuality is being taken apart because after Wii or DS or whenever carts became changeable (where everyone had their own hidden stats as well as cart stats) they just figured the main attraction to the characters were how they felt on ANY ride. It'd make sense, given that a lot of characters made the cut, as for variation in the hidden attributes rather than focusing on which single Kart is statistically superior or something like that.

Am I making any sense?

I don't really mind characters being mostly cosmetic and the main stats coming from the karts. They have always been glorified weight classes, the base stat difference was minimal.
