More of a suggestion than speculation, but it's not much.
As some may know, Saturn Valley is my favorite stage from the game, although I always felt the music wass a bit repetitive, so how about making a semi medley theme?
With the first half of the song being the Hi Hi Hi remix used in the game:

And the second half being a remixof the Mr. Saturn Theme Z from Mother 3 in the same style as the previous remix:

Nothing major, but I think this would certainly improve the stage a lot

These are all very nice choices. I think there should really be an option where you can import your own music into the game and have a sort of "library" where you can change the music for each stage by selecting from your own list (at least for the downloadable version). Aside from all the technical issues (like will it work for online? Does the host pick the song for everyone?), I think everyone would really love that idea. Hopefully it isn't impossible to do.

Anyway, if Simon Belmont ever gets into the game I speculate his Victory Theme to be an original, slightly sped up electric guitar remix of the main "chorus" from Vampire Killer.

I get that the Megas aren't official, but Distant Planet in Brawl used the music from a commercial, and Luigi's Mansion uses the Tetris theme, of all things.

Sorry for the bump, but how could you guys forget King Dedede's theme? I think it could be a pretty good BGM for Dream Land or some other Kirby stage like the Fountain of Dreams.

Or if that version doesn't fit well enough, an original SSF2 remake of the song would be awesome too. But personally, I hope one of these pieces below makes it in (especially the second one).


EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot: Koopa's Road NEEDS to be in the game one way or another (perhaps as the music for the final stage in Adventure Mode when using a Mario character). Below are the 3 main versions of the song compiled together, so take your pick.

Or if any of those versions don't sound cool enough, I have the absolute crown jewel below. I was pretty disappointed when this masterpiece didn't make its way into Smash 4.

Lastly, this would be an epic piece to listen to while fighting in Dracula's Castle.

Now that Alternate music has been confirmed for SSF2, what music do you guys expect to be in the game?
I hope we get Ashley's Theme in Wario Ware Inc, I honestly don't like the fact they just reused WW Smooth Moves's Title Screen music for the stage, seeing the great amount of Wario Ware themes we have got.

Also, I hope the SSB3DS styled alt music only applies for Beta, while we could "My Music" for the full game

Slim chance, but maybe the Mystery Dungeon boss theme for Colosseum. Even if its outside the realm of the canon games, its been in all four pmd games so far.

Also, Bad Mario for Warioware, maybe?
