Make a topic somewhere for who on MG is banned.

It could list who is currently banned, as well as how long they're banned and the reason they're banned, as well as links to poss supporting the reasons.

It might be a good learning experience for everybody on the forums to learn how to avoid bans.

Cleod said he would implement a ban list mod.

He has yet to do so since the new MGF.
