Fortunately the muffins have chocolate in them, and since chocolate is a piece of heaven, it miraculously(can't spell that) heal his bullet wound.

But then the reader of story becomes confused, because he had no bullet wound to begin with, and that he appears to be missing his head from the very sharp object hitting it.
