I give you something easy since you seem kinda new to this

A skyscraper for night time is what I want. the lights at the base are blue or terquoise, the lights at the top shine simple spots of white, the view is isemtric= (like right at the corner of a square) and it can't have any lining.

do you think you can handles this request?
