This is something that's been bugging me a bit and I was wondering if I could get an official answer for it.
A while ago it was established here that any original content for the game such as stages (Waiting Room), items (Firework), and music (SSF2 theme) would be designated to the standard Super Smash Bros. universe, hence the Smash symbol being used. However, Polygon Zone kind of throws this off-balance, since it actually uses the Super Smash Flash 2 symbol and thus is designated in an even more original original universe than the Super Smash Bros. universe.
What I've been wondering is, what does this mean for the rest of the content we have and the content we'll have in future? Is this new original content universe suddenly the standard for everything now, or is Polygon Zone just the only exception to the rule in the game?
