Im putting 25$ on the line that you have played at least one game that had Toad in it, and I guess you played Zelda: Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time or Gen4/5 of Pokemon. Come on, at least one of these... Otherwise I would have to feel sorry for you. Just check the OP, it has all current moveset ideas ;)

Description: After a wind up Buffy spins backwards, kicking anyone infront of her with the heel of her foot. Normally kills at 100%.

Description: Unlike most backlfip up smashes Buffy's causes her to move backwards a bit(about half of a normal roll). Making it safer on shields than most smashes. Normally kills around 110%. The hitbox is only on the start and terminates quickly. Making it unsafe on spotdodge or rolls towards her.

Down Smash: Tripping Sweep
Damage: 11%
Knockback: None, High(if hit offstage)
Range: Short
Description: Buffy winds up and does a super quick crouching sweep. This smash only hits infront of Buffy. Rather than launching opponents it puts them into knockdown state. If someone is hit with this offstage, say over the ledge or from a platform they are sent at a semi-spike. The hitbox only stays out for 3 frames.

Aerials

Neutral Air: Air Kick
Damage: 11%(sweet), 7%(sour)
Knockback: Medium, Low
Range: Long
Description: A standard sex kick, though due to Buffy's long limbs it has more range than the average sex kick. Good for approaching and starting combos.

Forward Air: Air Sweep
Damage: 10%
Knockback: High
Range: Medium
Description: Buffy kicks her leg upwards infront of her. Popping opponents up, a good combo tool.

Back Air: Turnaround Punch
Damage: 13%
Knockback: Medium
Range: Medium
Description: Buffy swings her fist behind her. Causing her to turn around, good for off stage positioning and combos.

Up Air: Flip Kick
Damage: 12%
Knockback: High
Range: Medium
Description: Buffy hurls her leg into the air. A tiny bit of start up, can kill at high percents (120%). Can be combod into pretty easily. Isn't as fast as most flipping up airs, but the hitbox stays out longer.

Down Air: Double Downer
Damage: 10% (5% per hit)
Knockback: Medium
Range: Short
Description: Buffy stomps downwards midair twice. Good vertical range, decent midair zoning and pressure.

Specials
Neutral Special: Holy Water
Damage: 5%
Knockback: Weak
Range: Medium
Description: Buffy splashes a bottle of holy water onto her opponent  causing the "on-fire" visual effect. The water is a weak windbox and doesn't cause flinching. It can break shields however, with the shield damage equivalent of Jigglypuff's SSB4 Pound. Good at punishing misspaced recoveries over the ledge.(Since it can't be aimed downwards.) The holy water itself is a true projectile and can be powershielded, reflected, pocketed, etc.

Side Special: Slayer's Crossbow
Damage: 10%
Knockback: Low
Range: Long
Description: Somewhat of a combination of Link's Bow and Samus' Missle. The crossbow has a set range and power and doesn't need to be charged. It can also be land cancelled once the bolt is shot. If you misland this move before the bolt comes out Buffy will have to do the full shooting animation.

Up Special: Power Jump
Range: Short
Description: Buffy uses her strength to gain momentum and leap further into the air. Has a tiny bit of startup, has super armor on the wind-up. Buffy can use an aerial once she reaches the apex of the jump.

Down Special: Heart Steak
Damage: 1%
Knockback: Very Low, Very High/KO
Range: Very Short
Description: Buffy kneels forward to stab her opponent in the heart with a wooden steak. Causes almost no knockback or flinch on standing/airborn opponents. It will KO the opponent if you hit them while they're in knockdown state. An amazing move for punishing a missed tech. The hitbox is also one of the smallest in the game, being thinner than Jigglypuff's Rest. Can not be used in air.

The visual cue that you landed this move successfully is that the screen will quickly flash red. The move also sends the opponent in a straight vertical angle.

Grab and Throws
Grab: Grab
Range: Short
Description: Buffy uses both her hands to grab and hold the opponent.

Pummel: Knee
Damage: 2%
Description: A quick pummel.

Forward Throw: Slayer Uppercut
Damage: 12%
Knockback: High
Description: A classic power punch, can send even the most powerful of demons flying across the room. Can kill very well. (Around 125%)

Back Throw: Monkey Flip
Damage: 10%
Knockback: Medium
Description: Buffy falls backwards and kicks the opponent over her.

Up Throw: Slam Throw
Damage: 13%
Knockback: Medium
Description: Buffy slams her oppenent into the ground and throws them into the sky. Pretty weak knockback making it good for platform chases.

Down Throw: Shoulder Flip
Damage: 9%
Knockback: Medium
Description: Buffy flips the opponent onto the ground, unlike most downthrows this turns Buffy around. Allowing to followup with a quick combo at low percents.

Final Smash
Chosen
Damage: 20% Per Hit
Knockback: High
Range: Long
Description: The Slayer Scythe is magically transported to Buffy, unlocking all of the powers of the Slayer Prophecy. (Where she gains even more speed, strength, the power of flight, near inevitability).

This translates in game by giving replacing all of Buffy's attacks with an Axe swungw, she also has the power of flight, and super armor throughout the duration.

Misc.
Entrance: A spooky vampire appears on stage but is quickly turned into dust revealing Buffy.

it's not like it can be true combo'd into. You can survive with DI until 20%. It's basically like a slightly stronger Rest except it requires Buffy to basically be standing on top of her opponent while they're in knockdown. It also can't be used midair so it's even harder to setup on platformed stages.

It's also avoidable 100% of the match if you just tech lol.

Ragna The Bloodedge
Key - A = Light B = Medium C = Heavy - D = Drive{Basicly Unique Attack button.}

Attacks
Combo: A jab, proceeded with a kick and finally a slash, based off his neutral A,B, and C buttons.

F-Tilt - Ragna preforms a uppercut, based off his forward A.

D-Tilt - A backwards leaning wide outward sword swing. Based off his down C.

Up-Tilt - Hits with his sword low, then swings it upward, based off his forward C, great for sending ducking players in air.

Dash - Ragna preforms Hell's Fang from his game heals 2% if it connects, can be followed up with another attack that heals 2% if the first part connects, based off his special of the same name.

Aerials
Neutral - Punches in a downright manner, based off his Air A.

F-Air - Ragna Swipes his sword forward, based off his Air C.

B-Air - A jumping straight kick, based off his air B

U-Air - Ragna thrusts the edge of his sword upwards in an uppercuting spiral turn, deals darkness damage and heals 1-2% if it connects, based off his aerial drive.

D-Air - Belial Edge - Ragna brandishes his sword, then does a diving stab downward. Multi-hitting dive attack. Based off the attack of same name.

Grabs and Throws
Pummel: Ranga punches the grabbed target in the gut, based off his "Not Over Yet" grab{Ct to CS specficly}, though used for a different fuction, really slow pummel but hits hard.

F-Throw - "Not Over Yet" ranga gut punches them away forward, based off the CP version of Not Over Yet, does average damage and knockback.

B-Throw - Ranga Jumps and knees them in the other direction, based off his air grab.

U-Throw - Ragna lifts the opponent above his head and stabs them with his sword (where the blade extends along the shaft slightly). Great damage, but low knockback.

D-Throw - Ragna drives the opponent down to the ground, based off the first part of his reverse grab.

Smash Attacks
F-Smash - Ragna performs a very fast, dashing sword slam, then releases two crossing spikes of dark energy (hence the name "scissors") from slashing the ground with his sword. Covers a lot of ground very quickly, heals 3-6% if it connects, has brief super armor, based off his Distortion Drive of the same name. This is his most damaging and highest launching attack besides FS.

U-Smash - Ragna hops into the air and strikes with his sword over his shoulder, Heals 2-4% if it connects, based off his forward drive.

D-Smash - Ragna lifts his sword above his head, then slams it back down again, heals 1-3% if it connects. based off his neutral drive.

Specials
N-Spec - Blood Kain IDEA - Ranga charges up dark energy by taking and receiving damage, when fully charge, ranga can use this to power himself up for a short duration, increasing healing from all attacks that heal and causing all non-healing attacks to now heal about 1-2%. When already in powered state if you still have at least half the duration left you can use the second special below. Based off the CP Overdrive for ranga.

N-Spec 2 - Devoured by Darkness - Ragna's hand turns into a claw of the Black Beast as he snatches the opponent, lifts them up over his head and bombards them with dark tendrils, finishing with an explosion of darkness, has huge start up lag{about that of a falcon punch :captainfalcon: } can't grab air targets or be used in air, deals 1% but hits a ton of times to rack up huge damage and heals a whooping 10-15%, it also has huge ending lag even if it connects, also doesn't launch very far, making it punishable. Based off his Distortion Drive of the same name.

F-Spec - Gauntlet Hades - Ragna hops into the air and delivers a fierce, spinning downward hand swinging-slam of darkness to the opponent. Hits overhead and makes Ragna airborne., can be followed up with a back spinning kick aimed upward while kicking with a paw of the Black Beast, first part heals 3%, 2nd part heals 2%, Based off special of same name.

U-Spec - Inferno Divider - Ragna leaps upward in a spiraling motion while uppercutting with a sword slash hilt first, can be followed by a uppercut and 2 different finishers. Is very easy to punish, this is more or less for attacking and won't make good recovering move. In blood kain mode it gets super armor on start up.
Combo Finisher 1 - Straight Punch - Ranga punches them forward if the uppercut connects, sends the target flying forward.
Combo Finisher 2 - Ax Kick - Ragna turns follows up with a quick heel slam. Knocks down the opponent. Can only perform if Uppercut connects. Meteor and heals 3%.
The above special is based off the same awesomely named special.

D-Spec{Ground} - Dead Spike - Ragna releases dark energy from his sword in the shape of one of the Black Beast's heads heals 2%, during blood kain it hits 3 times.

D-Spec{Air} - Blood Scythe - Ragna flies forward while circle-slashing with his Blood Scythe downward, meteors and heals 2-3%.

-------------------------Final Smash----------------------------
Black Onslaught - Ragna strikes the opponent, then turns his sword into a scythe and slashes the opponent repeatedly, draining their soul almost entirely before disintegrating them with a final stab. Heals a amount of 25%.

Jab - Jojo jabs the foe, then knees them similar to :captainfalcon: and preforms a barrage of punches.
F-Tilt - Zoom punch - Jojo punches with his extended arm, good reach, though it can be avoided by ducking, sweet spot is the fist, sour is the arm.
U-Tilt - Jojo does the zoom punch in a upright direction, great reach, like the F-Tilt sweet spot is the fist and sour the arm.
D-Tilt - Jojo does a standard poke with a spear, has reach, lacks sweet and sour spots.
Dash - Jojo does a should tackle, has slight ending lag.

--------------------------------Smash Attacks-------------------------------
F-Smash - Luck and Pluck - Jojo uses the sword of luck and pluck and slashes forward.
U-Smash - Scarlet Overdrive - Johnathan preforms a uppercut with a flaming fist.
D-Smash - Jojo jumps in the air with a short hop and slams the sword on the ground, has lag on startup and end, but is powerful.

F-Air - Jojo does a aerial zoom punch in a slighty downward direction forward, sweet at fist, sour arm.
U-Air - Upward zoom punch, same as above, provides good range.
B-Air - Jojo does a reverse knee, good damage.
D-Air - Jojo thrusts his sword at a down right angle, meteors diagonally.

Grab - Johnathan preforms zoom punch with both arms but instead of punching grabs them to bring them closer, can be use as a tether.
Pummel - Jojo sends hamon through his hands, dealing damage.
F-Throw - Jojo throws him/her forward with both hands.
B-Throw - Jojo throws the foe behind him and slashes him with his sword.
U-Throw - Jojo does a scarlet overdrive uppercut.
D-Throw - Jojo throws the foe on the ground and does a barrage of punches while they are on the ground.

-----------------------------Specials--------------------------------------------
N-Spec - Metal Silver Overdrive - Johnathan charges hamon through his sword to strike, ignore's shields. Amount of damage depends on charge.
F-Spec - Sendo Hamon Overdrive - Jojo sends a hamon wave through the ground that deals damage to the first person to touch it, in air it explodes on the spot. Most charge = more damage.
D-Spec - Hamon Charge - Jojo charges up hamon by breathing, other specials don't need any charge but they won't do much, using specials will consume part of charge for f-spec and u-spec and all of the charge will be released on n-spec.
U-Spec - {Wasn't sure which one of these to use so ill post the ideas i had for this}
U-Spec1- The Sword Of Luck And Pluck - Johnathan joestar preforms a uppercut with his sword beform slamming back into the ground.
U-spec2 - Scarlet Overdrive - Johnathan preforms a flaming uppercut.
U-Spec3 - Life Magnetism Overdrive - Johnathan asends to the sky using a giant leave hang glider and glides, has a wind box on start up and does no damage.

Teching is not always possible: sometimes it depends on reads (e.g., how Puff can mixup uthrow -> Rest and uthrow -> uair -> Rest and if you choose wrong you miss the tech). Puff is balanced around having one of the strongest moves in the game: she has crippling neutral problems against disjoints, she dies sooooo early, Rest itself is difficult to combo into in this game unless you're playing Fox, and she's slow on the ground. I don't see how what seems like a normal balanced character doesn't cross the line when you add a move that kills super early off of missed techs (which do happen all the time, and especially with the huge lag on missed tech in this game you probably aren't going to be able to getup roll).

You have to be careful in giving characters such powerful moves. There are only a handful of moves in all of smash that have enough knockback to kill outright at low percents, and they all have some huge drawback to them inside the move. Puff can die if she misses (and the move literally has no range). Ganon's uptilt takes years to activate. G&W has a 1/9 chance of landing his move, and a 1/9 chance of damaging himself and dealing no knockback. Little Mac has to build up meter before he can use his move (admittedly, this move has no real drawback for trying to use it other than the endlag. Just wait to collect your free stock kind of move ya know?).

I'm worried that such a move that you have designed would end up being detrimental to her gameplay. Sure, she can only land the move while you are in the knockdown state, but like TCS said you spend more time in the knockdown state in this game compared to main smash games. If they miss a tech at 0 anywhere on the stage, that is probably a kill (unless this move has terrible startup. I doubt that, otherwise it would be impossible to use), and I think that this overly inflates the penalty for missing a tech.

Walk/the regular in smash
Dash speed: float in the air.
Weight: similar to Mega Man's weight.
Jab: a 2 punches and 3rd he use him sword
Dash attack: his down special in regular smash.)
U-tilt: the regular in smash.
F-tilt: sparta kick
D-tilt: a low punch perfect to combos
Jump: the regular in sm4sh

Aerials-

Nair: the same as mewtwo but whit purple aura
Uair: he trows wind of his arm
Fair: Swings his fist towards the opponent(s). (Just like normal smash.)
Bair: he trow 4 purple energy the first 3 are weak but the last one is more strong
Dair: Ganondorf spikes opponents whit his sword

grabs
he catchs the oponents like his f special in smash
Up throw:the same in smash
Forward throw:the same in smash
Down throw: the same in smash

Specials-

N-special: Ganondorf makes a energy ball like in hyrule warriors
U-special: he elevates whit dark magig but if you press 2 times he stomp his body whit the stage
F-special: he makes a hand whit claws and he makes a attak similar to ichigo fspesial(is chargeable)
Down special: Ganondorf makes a thunder wall in himself but make damage in ganon 15% like pikachu

Smashes:

U-smash: the ssbc move
F-smash: a strong punch, like the gannom punch
D-smash: he punches the ground like wario
Final Smash: the same in smash
i want he looks like hyrule warriors style

My Review of this character{One day i hope at least 1 of mine shall be done, are my characters too obscure?}
Standards-

Walk/the regular in smash
Dash speed: float in the air.
Weight: similar to Mega Man's weight. -------I feel like he should be heavier, though that's my opinion.
Jab: a 2 punches and 3rd he use him sword ----------- So he would have his sword sheathed by default, just a basic combo.
Dash attack: his down special in regular smash.-------- A falon kick for a dash interesting, though would it have the lag like it had when as a d-spec?
U-tilt: the regular in smash. ------- Glad you keep this one, it's useful.
F-tilt: sparta kick ----- Wasn't that what he did anyway, or is this one different from his usual f-tilt.
D-tilt: a low punch perfect to combos ------- I assume this is his fastest tilt.
Jump: the regular in sm4sh

Aerials-

Nair: the same as mewtwo but whit purple aura ------ I don't really see ganondorf as a mewtwo type of fighter.
Uair: he trows wind of his arm
Fair: Swings his fist towards the opponent(s). (Just like normal smash.)
Bair: he ?trow? 4 purple energy the first 3 are weak but the last one is more strong -------- Like a mii gunner up aerial?
Dair: Ganondorf spikes opponents whit his sword -------- His stomp was a really good spiker, not sure why you would replace it.

grabs
he catchs the oponents like his f special in smash ------ So he dash grabs all the time?
Up throw:the same in smash
Forward throw:the same in smash
Down throw: the same in smash
Back throw: the same in smash
Specials-

N-special: Ganondorf makes a energy ball like in hyrule warriors ----- Ehh projectile for a mostly known as a brawler/sword type of fighter, errmm well a short range explosive does has it merits i suppose.
U-special: he elevates ?whit? dark ?magig...? but if you press 2 times he stomp his body ?whit? ?{the stage}? ----- Umm i couldn't understand this one? Sorry.
F-special: he makes a hand whit claws and he makes a attak similar to ichigo fspesial(is chargeable) --------- That's quite a difference compare to what most ppl think of him in smash, almost feels odd.
Down special: Ganondorf makes a thunder wall in himself but make damage in ganon 15% like pikachu ------ I won't lie, this feels boring, like old sora down boring, we dont need another pikachu down special.

Smashes:

U-smash: the ssbc move - SSB Crusade? No offense but if you like crusade ganon, play that ganon, i don't think new or heavily edited characters should be simular among fan games, they should be vastly difference from their rivals if they aren't making a vetern moveset.
F-smash: a strong punch, like the gannom punch, Warlock punch as a smash, I mean it was better if started from the air, but that reverse punch also would it even keep super armor?
D-smash: he punches the ground like wario ----- Meh, doesn't seem as interesting as his old one.
Final Smash: the same in smash
i want he looks like hyrule warriors style ----- Cool game and all but i feel like that has the least relivence of any incarnation of ganon, he should be based off one of the main games at least. {idk maybe hyrule warriors is the best selling zelda game for all i know}

Universe: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon/Pokemon (Anime could also work)

Standard-
Jab 1: False Swipe (introduced in Pokemon Gold/Silver)
Jab 2: A Second False Swipe
Jab Finisher: X-Scissor (introduced in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl)
Side Tilt: Fury Cutter; Good combo starter (Pokemon Gold/Silver)
Side Smash: Chargeable version of Leaf Blade (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire)
Up Tilt: Swing his head, with the long leaf on his head doing damage. Can combo in to itself
Up Smash: Upward Slash (Pokemon Red/Blue/Green (JP); Grovyle cannot learn Slash in the Pokemon games)
Down Tilt: Low Sweep. Can meteor (Pokemon Black/White)
Down Smash: Two slashes at the ground. Similar to :yoshi: 's Down Smash

FAir: Arching Leaf Blade. Similar to :sheik: 's FAir, except it has more range, but weaker
BAir: Leaf Blade. Ike's BAir from the main games
DAir: Mega Kick. Can meteor (Pokemon Red/Green (JP)/Blue)

Grabs and Throws-
Type: No tether, 1 hand
Pummel: Pound (PKMN Red/Blue)
Forward: Tosses the opponent with one hand; Kill throw (Strength from PKMN Red/Blue)
Down: Slam (PKMN Red/Blue)
Up: Tosses opponent up, and hits them with the leaf on his head. Combo Starter
Back: Spins and Slams opponent to the ground. Similar to Pit's Back Throw in the mains games

Specials-
Neutral: Bullet Seed (PKMN Ruby/Sapphire) - Five quick seeds shot at the target. No flinch
Side: Quick Attack (PKMN Red/Blue) - Similar to :fox: 's Fox Illusion, but with no freefall effect. Can meteor
Up: Aerial Ace (PKMN Ruby/Sapphire) - A damaging diagonal jump. Free Fall effect
Down: (Decoy) Time Gear (PKMN Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time) - A reflector, similar to Pit's Mirror Shield from SSBB.
Final Smash:
Primal Dialga (PKMN Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time) - Summons Primal Dialga, which pitfalls nearby opponents and does massive damage with Roar of Time

Here's what i think ganondorf's moveset should be like.
What he keeps.
Jab
F-Tilt
U-Tilt
U-Smash
D-Smash
N-Air
B-Air
D-Air
Pummel
His down throw is now his forward throw.


Heres what would be new
D-Tilt - Ganondorf hits with the hilt of his blade, fast hitting.
F-Smash - Ganondorf swings his sword sideways but stops halfway and stabs it forward, 2 hit smash, 2 hit is a tipper.
F-Air - Ganondorf slashes his sword forward much like shulk with great range.
U-Air - Ganondorf stabs his sword upward, is a tipper.
Grab is now ganondorf fully extending his arm so it has actual range.
U-Throw - Ganondorf throws the target forward and preforms his old melee special gerudo dragon.
D-Throw - Ganondorf lifts up the target and does his old brawl/4 flame choke move.
B-Throw - Ganondorf throws the target behind him and stabs him/her with his sword.
Specials
N-Special - Ganondorfs warlock blade custom from sm4sh, it tips, it is quicker but weaker, and has great range.
F-Special Ground - Gerudo Double Slash - Ganondorf does a 2 hit combo with his sword the 2 hit is changed based on what direction is inputed similar to marth's but hit harder and less times.
F-Special Air/Dash Spec - Flame Chain - Based off his custom f-spec from sm4sh muti hitting non grabbing attack.
D-Spec - Wizards Dropkick - The super useful sm4sh custom that allows ganondorf to jump over projectiles and strike with a kick. Though it loses some damage and its meteor effect.
U-Spec - Dark Sword - Based off the dark fists custom but instead of a very useful recovering double uppercut, ganondorf also holds his sword, giving it huge range, very useful and gives ganondorf a real mencing u-spec.

Basic a brawler/swordsmen hybrid.
