I've always enjoyed coming up with movesets for characters, also i'm bored, either way here's another character.

Key - A = Light B = Medium C = Heavy - D = Drive{Basicly Unique Attack button.}

Attacks
Combo: A jab, proceeded with a kick and finally a slash, based off his neutral A,B, and C buttons.
F-Tilt - Ragna preforms a uppercut, based off his forward A.
D-Tilt - A backwards leaning wide outward sword swing. Based off his down C.
Up-Tilt - Hits with his sword low, then swings it upward, based off his forward C, great for sending ducking players in air.
Dash - Ragna preforms Hell's Fang from his game heals 2% if it connects, can be followed up with another attack that heals 2% if the first part connects, based off his special of the same name.

Aerials
Neutral - Punches in a downright manner, based off his Air A.
F-Air - Ragna Swipes his sword forward, based off his Air C.
B-Air - A jumping straight kick, based off his air B
U-Air - Ragna thrusts the edge of his sword upwards in an uppercuting spiral turn, deals darkness damage and heals 1-2% if it connects, based off his aerial drive.
D-Air - Belial Edge - Ragna brandishes his sword, then does a diving stab downward. Multi-hitting dive attack. Based off the attack of same name.

Grabs and Throws
Pummel: Ranga punches the grabbed target in the gut, based off his "Not Over Yet" grab{Ct to CS specficly}, though used for a different fuction, really slow pummel but hits hard.
F-Throw - "Not Over Yet" ranga gut punches them away forward, based off the CP version of Not Over Yet, does average damage and knockback.
B-Throw - Ranga Jumps and knees them in the other direction, based off his air grab.
U-Throw - Ragna lifts the opponent above his head and stabs them with his sword (where the blade extends along the shaft slightly). Great damage, but low knockback.
D-Throw - Ragna drives the opponent down to the ground, based off the first part of his reverse grab.

Smash Attacks
F-Smash - Ragna performs a very fast, dashing sword slam, then releases two crossing spikes of dark energy (hence the name "scissors") from slashing the ground with his sword. Covers a lot of ground very quickly, heals 3-6% if it connects, has brief super armor, based off his Distortion Drive of the same name. This is his most damaging and highest launching attack besides FS.
U-Smash - Ragna hops into the air and strikes with his sword over his shoulder, Heals 2-4% if it connects, based off his forward drive.
D-Smash - Ragna lifts his sword above his head, then slams it back down again, heals 1-3% if it connects. based off his neutral drive.

Specials
N-Spec - Blood Kain IDEA - Ranga charges up dark energy by taking and receiving damage, when fully charge, ranga can use this to power himself up for a short duration, increasing healing from all attacks that heal and causing all non-healing attacks to now heal about 1-2%. When already in powered state if you still have at least half the duration left you can use the second special below. Based off the CP Overdrive for ranga.
N-Spec 2 - Devoured by Darkness - Ragna's hand turns into a claw of the Black Beast as he snatches the opponent, lifts them up over his head and bombards them with dark tendrils, finishing with an explosion of darkness, has huge start up lag{about that of a falcon punch
} can't grab air targets or be used in air, deals 1% but hits a ton of times to rack up huge damage and heals a whooping 10-15%, it also has huge ending lag even if it connects, also doesn't launch very far, making it punishable. Based off his Distortion Drive of the same name.
F-Spec - Gauntlet Hades - Ragna hops into the air and delivers a fierce, spinning downward hand swinging-slam of darkness to the opponent. Hits overhead and makes Ragna airborne., can be followed up with a back spinning kick aimed upward while kicking with a paw of the Black Beast, first part heals 3%, 2nd part heals 2%, Based off special of same name.
U-Spec - Inferno Divider - Ragna leaps upward in a spiraling motion while uppercutting with a sword slash hilt first, can be followed by a uppercut and 2 different finishers. Is very easy to punish, this is more or less for attacking and won't make good recovering move. In blood kain mode it gets super armor on start up.
Combo Finisher 1 - Straight Punch - Ranga punches them forward if the uppercut connects, sends the target flying forward.
Combo Finisher 2 - Ax Kick - Ragna turns follows up with a quick heel slam. Knocks down the opponent. Can only perform if Uppercut connects. Meteor and heals 3%.
The above special is based off the same awesomely named special.
D-Spec{Ground} - Dead Spike - Ragna releases dark energy from his sword in the shape of one of the Black Beast's heads heals 2%, during blood kain it hits 3 times.
D-Spec{Air} - Blood Scythe - Ragna flies forward while circle-slashing with his Blood Scythe downward, meteors and heals 2-3%.
-------------------------Final Smash----------------------------
Black Onslaught - Ragna strikes the opponent, then turns his sword into a scythe and slashes the opponent repeatedly, draining their soul almost entirely before disintegrating them with a final stab. Heals a amount of 25%.

Jab - Jojo jabs the foe, then knees them similar to
and preforms a barrage of punches.
F-Tilt - Zoom punch - Jojo punches with his extended arm, good reach, though it can be avoided by ducking, sweet spot is the fist, sour is the arm.
U-Tilt - Jojo does the zoom punch in a upright direction, great reach, like the F-Tilt sweet spot is the fist and sour the arm.
D-Tilt - Jojo does a standard poke with a spear, has reach, lacks sweet and sour spots.
Dash - Jojo does a should tackle, has slight ending lag.

F-Smash - Luck and Pluck - Jojo uses the sword of luck and pluck and slashes forward.
U-Smash - Scarlet Overdrive - Johnathan preforms a uppercut with a flaming fist.
D-Smash - Jojo jumps in the air with a short hop and slams the sword on the ground, has lag on startup and end, but is powerful.

n-Air - Similar to
nair, though a bit slower.
F-Air - Jojo does a aerial zoom punch in a slighty downward direction forward, sweet at fist, sour arm.
U-Air - Upward zoom punch, same as above, provides good range.
B-Air - Jojo does a reverse knee, good damage.
D-Air - Jojo thrusts his sword at a down right angle, meteors diagonally.

Grab - Johnathan preforms zoom punch with both arms but instead of punching grabs them to bring them closer, can be use as a tether.
Pummel - Jojo sends hamon through his hands, dealing damage.
F-Throw - Jojo throws him/her forward with both hands.
B-Throw - Jojo throws the foe behind him and slashes him with his sword.
U-Throw - Jojo does a scarlet overdrive uppercut.
D-Throw - Jojo throws the foe on the ground and does a barrage of punches while they are on the ground.
-----------------------------Specials--------------------------------------------
N-Spec - Metal Silver Overdrive - Johnathan charges hamon through his sword to strike, ignore's shields. Amount of damage depends on charge.
F-Spec - Sendo Hamon Overdrive - Jojo sends a hamon wave through the ground that deals damage to the first person to touch it, in air it explodes on the spot. Most charge = more damage.
D-Spec - Hamon Charge - Jojo charges up hamon by breathing, other specials don't need any charge but they won't do much, using specials will consume part of charge for f-spec and u-spec and all of the charge will be released on n-spec.
U-Spec - {Wasn't sure which one of these to use so ill post the ideas i had for this}
U-Spec1- The Sword Of Luck And Pluck - Johnathan joestar preforms a uppercut with his sword beform slamming back into the ground.
U-spec2 - Scarlet Overdrive - Johnathan preforms a flaming uppercut.
U-Spec3 - Life Magnetism Overdrive - Johnathan asends to the sky using a giant leave hang glider and glides, has a wind box on start up and does no damage.
