Hey, so I just re-watched Alpharad's B.D. video, and, well...I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining or I'm ungrateful, but does anyone else feel like B.D. needs a little touch-up to his sprite?

Look closely at his face, see the part with the odd shading? That needs to be fixed. It's hard putting in words so I decided to edit the image to fix the issues with the lower part of his face: Also, one major problem I had with him is that the sprites follow his Super Star Ultra sprites too closely. For instance, these are the sprites he used for his walking animation: And this is a recreation of his walking animation in Return to Dream Land: Also, these are the sprites Bandana Dee uses in Super Star Ultra, for his jumping animation: And this is an (unfinished) recreation of his jump animation in Return to Dream Land: Smash Flash 2 uses the Super Star Ultra ones, which is odd because the RtDL ones could have been easily achieved by editing Kirby's animations in KSSU. Man, I really hate to say this, specially to such a talented team like the SSF2 Dev Team, but Bandana Dee really needs a lot of polishing. I really, really want to like this character but the inconsistencies are just too much to be overlooked by a hardcore Kirby fan. I'm fine with how Kirby, Meta Knight and Dedede are represented in vanilla Smash, but Bandana's representation in SSF2 just doesn't feel right, not even in animations but also attacks, to this day I still don't get why does Bandana use a generic kick for his B-Air or a generic tornado thingy for his D-Air instead of his Back Thrust or Moon Drop, two moves in RtDL that just screamed Smash. Call me stupid for caring about these things or complaining this late in development, but think about this: For many players, this is gonna be the first encounter with this character, and they're gonna see this. I respect you guys as a team but I really question many of your decisions. Sorry men, I may be a diehard Kirby fan, but I'm not gonna main this character. This is not the Bandana Dee I grew up with.

PAC-MAN has this issue too Exhibit A; Note how Back, Up and Forward Air kindof missed the memo on PAC-MAN's PAC-MAN shaped eyes. Especially Back Air. Like, jesus. His Back Air looks like he's completely drunk. What's up with that

Well, Pac-Man's sprites were all traced from Smash instead of edited from an actual game. Also, Bandana's face looks awful when shaded like that, Pac-Man still looks like Pac-Man even without his ":v" shaped eyes.

i dunno man they look good to me and not everything has to be a reference to the canon, thats why ness gets punches and kicks and stuff instead of a moveset revolving around his bat.

Actually, it would be cool if Ness attacked with the bat. Lucas wouldn't be a semi-clone anymore.

I hate to sound nitpicky myself, but I also have to admit, I still find it a little...jarring that the Spear Barrage isn't B.D.'s standard combo. Like how Kirby has Vulcan Jab.
