That explains nothing about the saw blade. But this does: "There are saw blades because there are saw blades." Probably because giant rotating discs fit better in the Sonic franchise then a roadkilling a hedgehog. They probably just wanna make it a little harder, since originally as long as you avoided the cars you couldn't be hit by the truck, now you gotta avoid the saw blade as well.

Has anyone played the SG Demo?
I don't think they realy got everything jus like the originals like they said, I mean, the engine, lvl design etc. is pretty much the same thing, I just don't find it as challenging as say, Sonic 2. _________________ YouTube Video:

as someone who has been playing since sonic the hedgehog one, I found the demo to be utterly refreshing, and ridiculously similar to the older one. They are doing a great job.
Also, you do realize that this is the first level. |

Sonic generation looks like it might actually be really good. I'm not getting my hopes up though since sega has let me down before.

Played the demo days ago. They need to nerf the spin dash a bit and loosen up Classic Sonic. He's a bit stiff.
I like where Sega is doing to Sonic Generations so far. 3DS version, however....not so much. _________________  |

Played the demo, game seems great, certainly refreshing after the crap they've shoveled to us recently. Only real complaint is that I wish they'd have included modern Sonic in the demo, but that's not really a big thing

I have a theory that there is going to be a new demo with Modern Sonic after the 20 days are over, see, when I was downloading it I realised it was called Demo 1. So probably there'll be another one. _________________ YouTube Video:
