I think the 3DS may be connected to the Wii U (mentioned in E3 when a new SSB game was to come out for both systems), just not a controller. More of like the DS and Wii.

Yeah it'll be the same as the gameboy-64, advance-gamecube and ds-wii relations that existed.
We didn't go around saying "hm what controller will i use when the gamecube comes out... i think i'll use my advance SP"

No, we don't, because the Gamecube came out before the Advance SP. However, I admit, it would be a bit fun to be able to connect your 3DS to the system and use it as a controller. It'd be nice to piss people off by using it to make it so that you're in control. That is, assuming that would work. I'm doubting it though. </3

I wish the WII U was a Wii that just had regular controllers and not a whole bunch of gimmicks and motion control touch screens.this is gonna burn a hole in my pocket and all I wanna do is Just play some Nintendo games.

I don't know how Travis is gonna cut enemies up by waving the Wii U controller. They said No More Heroes were specifically created for the motion controllers

I'm guessing that most FPS will use the touch screen as an inventory and map.

It's weird how Nintendo Gamecube, and GBA had the same buttons (except select), but was different in terms of graphics. In a sense it's sort of not suprising Nintendo is using this idea of the touch screen like the DS, but thinking about it, it's more than just a touch screen! _________________ ^Funniest Quote Ever!

*looks at a GBA* *then looks down at his Gamecube Controller* Ummm...GBA didnt have X or Y buttons either...nor analog sticks... And why do people think 3DS's are gonna be controllers? (then again, the regular DS was one for that one Pokemon Game...)

Let's hope it becomes more than just a tech demo in the future. Of course, it's almost definite that Nintendo will be making a Zelda game for Wii U anyways.
