Serene had Black King inch forward. He moved slowly, but effciently, hopign that they could reach the town and check it out. "I'd rather not look around with my legs in pain. If we were in trouble down there, I wouldn't be able to defend myself for long." she muttered.
Running was the first thing she temporarily lost and couldn't do, she didn't want to lose her life because of it.

"I'll protect you." Eton said to Serene looking at the village and then turned to her. "It might be worth going to, I don't want you to worry. Not only do you have me, you have your steed as well." He gave a warm smile to comfort her and then looked at the village.

Tekun looked at Tara, there was a geniuine look of fear in his eyes. Worse then that of when he had fought Tara, something clearly was bothering him. He was shaking a little bit.

"That....village...I....I don't...want to go back Tara. I'm....im afraid." He muttered to her. The group was continuing in the direction of the village, as they approached it looked even more abandoned then it previously thought.

"Not much longer, we've been ridign for a while now. Conditions have changed, i'm glad we ran into no trouble. You going to be alright?" Julius asked. "You've been kinda quiet since we began riding."

The body that lay flat on it's stomach with no head, twitched and then began to get up. Gore running from what remained of it's neck as it slowly and sluggishly picked it's self up. as it got up, it pulled out a dagger that was in it's gut, pulling it out as blood ran from the wound and began to slowly make it's way toward's Barbas, sluggishly, almost like a marionette.

Gabriel
Gabriel muttered to himself. He kept looking at where Lucifer had been, but the Lucifer had gone. "I'm still hungry..."
"No we're not!"
"Why?!"
"Because there's nothing to eat."
Gabriel froze, and turned around. Lucifer had come back. "You're insane." He said before standing up once more and walking into a nearby hut with the spears. It was warmer than outside, and there was only one dead body. The building had a window that could see past a smashed part of the town wall, and when Gabriel looked out he saw something move in the sky. "Hey! I saw a bird!"
Lucifer didn't answer. Gabriel grumbled again and sat down, pulling out a rusty old knife. He liked playing with knives. He scraped the ground with it before pulling the dead body over to him and tearing off its shirt. Dead people made great canvasses, he thought, as he placed the final bloody touches on his childish carving of a bird.

Barbas gritted his teeth, awaiting the slow creature. As it got slower, he ran at it, kicking it in the chest once he got within reach. "The hell is this? Some kind of Necromancer around here?" He questioned.



"Yeah... I'm fine." Charisma said to him. She had a sad expression her her face, but tried to hide it. "Just... Thinking." She stated.

The body fell back and hit the ground hard and then got to it's feat again and began to head towards Barbas and then made a quick lunge at Barbas, taking aim for his throat, and going down at an angle.

Windy neighed nervously, and Tania continued to try and settle her by combing her fingers through her mane. "So....are we going there or not?" asked Tania, feeling slightly uneasy about the village. On one hand if they went, even though no one lived there any longer, they'd be able to get supplies and a bit of comfort for free. On the other hand, there could be a plague or monster that still hid in the village.

Barbas sighed, pausing for a brief moment. He jumped back, firing an arrow at the zombie-like creature. "Persistent, aren't ya?" He asked as he reached for another arrow, readying it as he glanced at the sky for a brief moment.

"Alright." Julius stated. "You know you can talk to me about it. I wouldn't mind." They were getting closer now, Julius could make out a village up ahead in the distance, the only thing he could see was smokecoming from the village.

The body fell back for a moment, and then stopped, crossing it's arms over it's chest, as it fell to it's knees. Something was clearly going on.

OoC: When was the last time any of these characters bathed? they must smell to high heaven >> Lol

Tara was oddly still comfortable as she paced through with Tekun..though also couldn't shake the eerie feeling of emptiness the area ahead contained. She confused his nervousness with what might happen rather than what might've happened in his past. Without looking in his direction Tara would state "Whys that?, it looks empty to me..". She continued pacing towards it all the while with the rest of their group; closing in on the village.

Charisma thought for a moment. "No, it's fine." She replied, looking up ahead. "Is... Is that smoke?" She asked Julius. "It sure looks like it." She squinted her eyes, as if to get a better look. "That's not where Dragon Fang is, is it?"



Barbas smirked, firing an arrow at the beast's leg, then another quick on at it's arm which was still in front of it's chest. "I've fought was." He state,d mocking the strange creature.

As Barbas mocked the creature after firing the arrows into it. Blood began to erupt from the chest as something cut it's way out. Soon, there was a small explosion of blood The Body was ripped almost in two as a stange creature leapt out of the chest. The body fell backwards half of it's upper body hung loose of it, bood pooling beneath the corpse as it lay on the ground.

The creature stood about three feet tall and stood hunched over covered in blood. It was a small skinny thing, it had blades at the end of it's arms, almost like that of a mantis. It was skinless and covered in blood. It hissed starring down Barbas as it slowly began to circle as it hissed. It's head could be described liek that of the skull of a dog's. It was waiting to see what Barbas was going to do.


"Yea....That's the direction Dragon Fang is in. that's probably the village." Julius replied. "I don't know why there's smoke. Seems like something may be going on. What do you think?"


"Bad...memories." He muttered inching a little closer. "I....I don't want to return there...I...don't want to relive it....my village. I." He stopped and closed his eyes and tried to think. He wanted to get his mind on other things.

They were nearly at the village at this point. Eton looked at the gates which were not all that far off. It definently looked abandoned and there was a stench in the air. A rather unpleasent one at that.

"So, we going to look or we going to pass this up?" Eton asked.

Tania, slightly afraid of the town, and not trusting in her abilities with a lance anymore felt that they should avoid the town but knew that there probably wouldn't be another town nearby.

"Well are there any rivers nearby? Perhaps nature can provide all the supplies we need" she said

Gabriel
Gabriel sighed. He had made a nice picture, but now it was getting all bloody and he was still hungry. He froze. "Lucifer? Was that you?"
"No, it wasn't."
Gabriel scratched his head. I must be going crazy, hearing noises... He though, then stood and looked out the window. The thing in the sky had gone.

OOC: I'm still gonna be gone from MG. DH just politely (I could put it as 'forced', but that wouldn't be nice...) asked me to post. So I'll just be coming on to check up on the RP only

Serene turned to Eton, she had a good idea in her head. "Couldn't we just have a small group go into the town, and have those who don't want to go in stay here?" she asked him. "I mean, that seems reasonable, doesn't it?"

Black King stopped and stalled himself in the air, waiting for a command to either go towards the town or stay here.

"Alright, I take it you want to stay out here then?" Eton said turning to Serene as he began to approach the gate. "If someone is coming along, follow me, if not wait out here. We won't be too long." He said waiting for a response.

Tekun looked at Tara, unsure of what to do, he didn't want to go in, but he didn't want to be left alone.
