What were some ideas scrapped from the game that never actually made it into a public build? What about things from previous builds that never made it into the current version of Beta? Everyone can chime in here!

I don't think it's safe to call Venus Lighthouse and the stages removed from 9b permernantly scrapped, as we don't know whether they'll return in a future update or not. Maybe put a question mark next to those ones?

Also some of those characters (Knuckles, Snake, Crono, etc) aren't officially deconfirmed either. Yes they're from the old roster which was scrapped as a whole, but that doesn't mean the individual characters themselves have no chance of returning

You can add Sasuke though since the devs said no more anime characters. And don't forget Rock Lee lol

Funny thing is that when he's first revealed, his nair is the fishbowl (just like in the current build), before they replaced it with the parachute during development, THEN changed it back to the fishbowl sometime before Smash Con 2016.
