I'm trying to post a picture in the SSF2 Bugs page, but after I posted it, a random picture takes its place. I posted "A stray pixel was found in Dream Land" and "Correct picture of stray pixel" (after the picture glitch). Both topics are in the Technical section. The picture is supposed to show Mario in Dream Land with a stray background pixel above him, but instead the site changed the picture to Hidden Leaf Village, showing one of Goku's attacks, but not showing Goku using it.

Give me an email message if you want to see the true background pixel picture.

It sounds to me like the wrong picture was uploaded or you used the wrong link...

I don't know why this happened, but last night I went to bed, I decided to pick my DSi and browse around with it, I come to visit the forums and suddenly, woah! on the "who is online" board, my username (Byllant) appeared on registered users who were online, that was odd because I hadn't log in on the DSi (so I was a guest) and my computer was off, is there any explanation for this?

My guess would be you didn't sign off from your computer last time you were on, or perhaps the forums recognized your IP and reset your "online" state

The list counts you as online for up to 5 minutes since your last click on a forum link.

My computer takes a lot to shutdown, almost 5 mins or so, then like 3 mins later I went to bed turned on the DSi.

This sounds like the issue to me. Perfectly normal

For the picture problem: I didn't upload the wrong picture or used the wrong link. I uploaded the picture from my computer (exact spot, no mistakes) and all turned out fine when it was uploaded. After submitting the picture, the glitch comes in and replaces the photo.

Do you have a link to any examples? This is the first I'm hearing of this type of problem

Weird, though. Is it possible there is another picture overwriting the current one?

Why not upload it on the Internet and copy the URL? See if that helps.

For what websites work with uploading photos? Photobucket is the only site I know that does that, but unfortunately I'm not old enough to upload one there (minimum age is 14, I'm 13)

Tinypic is okay also, but Imageshack is probably better.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I got the picture in, but I think you should click on it to go to imageshack, so that when you see the enlarged form, you could see the stray pixel.

Huh? It looks like to me that whatever algorithm they used to make the thumbnail could have just rounded off the stray pixel that you screenshotted.

I posted in the McleodGaming Television Tropes and Idioms Thread and I clicked "View My Posts" and it didn't show up.

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess. After I posted this it showed up.

Oh, I guess that was just the wrong ImageShack link then

Happens occasionally. Seems to fix itself though

I am glad there was a solution for the problem I was having about the picture posting glitch (although I got the feeling that during the discussion about the problem changed subjects back and forth between the pixel issue and the picture posting issue). However, sometimes when I am commenting on someone's post in some of the forums, when the scroll bar is on and I am typing something at the bottom, the scroll bar automatically moves to the top. For each letter I type, the scroll bar only gives me less than a second to look at what I am typing, then moves up. I put it back down but the issue continues. I checked my internet settings and nothing from it was the cause of the scroll bar issue.

Are you sure the page has finished loading all the way? If not that would cause it

The scroll bar issue still happens even if the page is completely loaded all the way.
