As far as i know and am aware - no. But he wasn't quite confirmed to already come for 1.2 either (like i said earlier, he only showed up in a teaser, and so far there hasn't been any footage of Waluigi gameplay to be seen), so i think it's still debatable whether he's actually going to show up for 1.2 or will stay in development until 1.3
