Sandbag turned out to be way better than I thought. On the other hand, ZSS sucks this demo and Goku seems reliant on Kaio-ken, if he wants range.
While Luffy needs nerfs desperately so I can secondary him... Why do ppl think he's mid-high tier?

I've saw from a SSF2 Youtuber stating that some characters are getting alternate costumes along with color swaps? any evidence of this being true or hinted at?   _________________If only Mac Demarco-kun were here.

I just had a random thought.
What if the reason a lot of us don't have a problem with SSF2's Goku using the Kaio-Ken so much, despite it being long-obsolete in the actual series, is because of the Ocean Dub?
What I mean is… The original syndicated run in the US from 1996 to 1998 only played 56 episodes (including the split-up Tree of Might movie). It stopped in the middle of the Ginyu Force fight, then looped on Toonami until 1999.
Then people saw the first two sagas again when the Funimation dub began on Toonami in September of '99 and the series started over.
...What I'm saying is, anyone who grew up with "DRAGON! DRAGON! ROCK THE DRAGON!" is going to have also grown up with Goku seeming to use the Kaio-Ken an awful lot more than he actually did.
