Well your sprite is flat colored you didn't even shade it, the only part that was shaded was his hair which is really pillow shaded. Try adding Shadings with Perspective,contrast, and light source. 1. copy it to paint and zoom in, its shaded...slightly
2.I've moved on from that sprite, look at the most recent one.

I have zoomed in, and the only thing that is shaded is his hair, and the light sabers.The rest are just flat colored. Shading is when you have more colors than just 1 on an outlined area. But I still recommend you add perspective,contrast,light source, and add shadings into you're flat colored areas. Just check out that tutorial I sent you above my Chaosvii7.

I know what shading is, my recent sprite has it.

You haven't yet completely shaded it I still see a lot of flat colored areas, most definitely his pants and belt.

I haven't said that you didn't know what shading is I been looking at that sprite, and the updates of that sprite. You don't need to tell me about you're other sprites because I didn't ask for it. Also, your also sprites do have shadings but it's not correctly shaded, , and the top part of his hair of his hair isn't correctly outlined it looks really messy.
