It's about that time again.

NEW CHANGES:
-The stage list from the previous Smash Island is now the official Smash Island stage list. Here's the list again for those who are too lazy to check the rules:


Why did I do this, you ask? Well, let's go by stage:

Tower of Salvation: The most popular stage outside of Smashville. It also functions as a lagless Final Destination without the 3DS' infamous ledges.
Dreamland: A sufficiently large stage to fill the void left by Final Destination's exclusion from the neutral list.
Final Destination/3DS: Final Destination has lag issues online, and no one likes 3DS. Out of all the stages on the neutral list, this one gets stricken the second most often.
Yoshi's Story: A very small, claustrophobic stage that benefits top tiers too much to be considered neutral. Also, it lags like balls. This was the most striked neutral stage.
Castle Siege: The platform layout is too similar to Jungle Hijinx, but not enough to warrant combining the two. Jungle Hijinx has larger side boundaries, better edges, and a unique layout combining the openness of a flat stage with the closeness of a platformed stage, creating an overall balance in a loose sense with the other legal stages.
Warioware: This stage/boundaries are far too small, and the stage greatly benefits the top tiers due to its very claustrophobic layout.
Mirror Chamber: This stage has boundaries that are even smaller than Warioware's, while having even less offstage space due to the largeness of the stage itself. Top tiers dominate here.
Dracula's Castle: This stage is almost always stricken, and lags like balls no matter who you fight on it.
Sky Sanctuary Zone: See Dracula's Castle, with the added "benefit" of being a top-tier playground.

-The Potato List and Blacklist have been formally introduced into the rules.
-Other minor rule tweaks concerning the way that lag is handled
