Sorabotics I'd agree but since positions don't matter in this tier list, she's considered to be placed in tier C to me anyway.

If Suli did move up the rest that I've mentioned to A-S(which sounds a bit unlikely) or change the lower tier characters then she'll still to B tier(like you said).

UPDATED:
Placed Sheik in A tier, underestimated her MUs a little.
Sonic is now in B tier, overestimated him kek.

I might break the tier list down further (e.g. B+, B- etc.) to give a more detailed idea for where characters are but I'll probably do that after I decide that I'm fully satisfied with each character's tier.
Oh and I'll probably save Peach 'til last to make it easier for me as to where to place her, she's still B tier atm to me tho.

UPDATES: Moved Ichigo up a tier
Decided that Peach was low B and, with that, I am planning to break down the tiers even further, I'll either add an E tier or I'll make B+ and B- tiers.

EDIT: Due to time constraints I won't have that much free time to work on the tier list or play SSF2 in general (inb4 bronze 3 on Anther's). With that said I'm locking the thread until I have more time to finish it. Sucks for me since I really wanted to work on it.
