Rule 15 means that, unlike normal mafia games, private communication is allowed. You aren't restricted to only posting in the thread and/or quicktopics. Rule 16 means that after you die by any means, you can post one last thing with no game related information. Meaning, no role revealing, final suggestions, etc. just one final post with something like "ah well" or other meaningless stuff. _________________MAFIA'S BACK COME JOIN AMA

To answer your questions: Outside communication is allowed, though make sure to post here regularly. Yes, you are allowed to reveal your role on the communications outside, but remember the fakeclaims mafia make. Added King Arthur, Infinity, DJ Wizard Cop, Brikmainoff, Fly or Die and Deciton_Reven to the players list. And although I've kept scum quite simple, I've made up a somewhat... interesting role for both the mods and the users. You'll see.
