Yeah, so from February till now, on and off, I ran a little simulation on the 0.9b CPU. Using 8 windows at a time. 99 stocks on Pokemon stadium,which I consider the most neutral stage, then placing them in a round robin on challonge to make a tier list based on stocks taken - stocks lost.
I excluded Kirby because he would just jab and the Cpu would either run into it forever, or end up behind the jabbing kirby and not move, basically freezing the game I also noticed that sometimes, Bomberman would just duck with a bomb infront of him, and the opponents doesn't move, but this was infrequent enough for me to still include him. Finally, Jigglypuff sometimes softlocks the game, where the opponent would just die and freeze in that state, while she stood idle, but like Bomberman, this infrequent enough to keep going with her.
