Bandana dee shouldn't be bottom 3 imo. Yeah he's light and lacks kill options, but he has great spacing tools to keep his opponent away or to safely evade or approach with. I do find it understandable for Bandana dee to be bottom tier, I don't think he should be bottom 3.

Pac-man should be replaced with Black Mage imo. Pac-man has amazing stage control with the Galaga Z-drop tech and his fruits and Hydrant. Sure, his tech can be counter-played, but I do think he doesn't have enough weaknesses to be bottom tier. Black mage on the hand has much more crippling weaknesses than Pac-Man. Black Mage has a very hard time killing as he doesn't have many strong or reliable kill options. His recovery is also pretty exploitable as well.

Bandana Dee has one of the best projectiles in the game, good aerial options, and his down-B kills at 80.
He's not top tier, but he isn't bottom tier either. I'd put him at low-mid tier.

Bandana Dee's projectile is meh, his disjoints have blindspots, he's lighter than and has the same mobility as Kirby and Down-B, whilst it kills early, is a hard read for a kill. You can't set up into a kill as this character and he's just an objectively trash character. Trust me, I used to main this guy.

Black Mage still has some quite good tools, even with the nerfs that he got, and he's still quite possibly one of the best edgeguarders in the game. PAC-MAN is a bunch of gimmicks that completely crumbles once you know how to deal with said gimmicks. Despite Playridise, you'd be almost certainly agreeing with me if Kyoz didn't play PAC-MAN. The character is completely carried by him at the highest of levels (although shoutouts to Playridise, he's doing a good job)

1. No he doesn't. Wave Beam sucks. Can't be charge cancelled, doesn't kill, isn't particularly threatening. Beam Whip's okay, but it's not a projectile.
2. Again, no he doesn't. Bair is great, Fair is a bit hit and miss because opponents fall out of it, Uair is just vertical only and it doesn't kill unless you're super far at the top, Dair sometimes entirely fails to spike unless he fastfalls, otherwise your foe will end up ABOVE you, and Nair is unreliable.
3. As I said before, hard read. Not that good. Plus remember that DI is a thing. It will never kill as low as 80 unless you're playing Puff

The Up-B was a meat-grinder in Alpha's video, and it was nerfed to act more like Peach's parasol before Beta was released. He also didn't show us how useless the dash attack was, or use CPU higher than level 2. Turvis sucking actually proves my point further, since it made :bandanadee: look better than he is. Alpha definitely lied to us.

That I can agree with, but it was meh tbh, Turvis sucked and probably didn't SDI (you cannot hear mashing in the vid even though you can hear him say stuff and him slamming his controller)

CPUs suck anyway, I can 4 stock level 9 CPUs but I always lose in online... unless it really was input lag and/or lag in general that made me lose and it turns out my Johns were Legit

That's your fault for thinking BDee is OP. I mean, people get rekt by Yoshi occasionally but he's regarded as the worst char in general

I'm honestly starting to think Black Mage is bottom 2, and could maybe be the worst in the game. But I do think he should be at least bottom 5 if he isn't bottom 2.

Black Mage lacks reliable kill options from my experience. Back throw doesnt kill until 140-160%, F-throw probably has the same problem as B-throw, Bair is okay but doesnt kill until like 120-130%, and Down Smash cant kill. Up Smash and F-Smash are his only strong kill moves (unless I'm missing something). Dair could also work but only as a spike off-stage.

Black Mage also has a horrific grab range and dear god, IT'S SO AWFUL! It would've been alright if his throws had high reward but no, his kill throws are weak as hell and Up throw can combo, but it doesn't set up any super good combos or and kill combos (unless there is something I don't know). Down Throw is good for doing damage, but that's it. So yeah, poor grab range with mediocre to s*** throws make his grab game close to horrendous.

I can't really think of any of Black Mage's strengths besides good edgeguard game with Down Special and F-Smash. He doesn't really have anything threatening. He may have a few tricks but those tricks won't work all the time unless your opponent cant adapt.

He's considered to have one of the best edge guard games, being able to wall out opponents with Fair and going REALLY deep because of his floatiness and huge recovery with Up-B. He's a character that requires pushing for early kills. He's got some quick moves with solid priority. He's lost some power/tools from v0.9b, but not in such a way that he deserves bottom tier.
