So I just watched the first episode of this, and it's alot better than the original series.
But does anyone know why Tenma's evil? I was too lazy to finish the first series, and it probably has something to do with the ending of that series.

The original had horrible animation, and the story line sucked horribly.
Don't just go around saying that the original's better, just because that's what most people say about (unless this your opinion on it and the opinion others have influenced on you.)
Don't like/dislike a show because it's the hip thing to do -Blue

I don't like the remakes because they changed to much from the original, and I watched the original first.

NO U. I haven't actually watched the latest but I think Astro Boy was an entertaining time killer when I watched it as a wee lad.

That would be a movie.
Movie wasn't so bad.
Anyways, I never watched the 60's version but I thought the 2003 version was epic.
