Appearance: Battoumaru has Auburn (Orange-Brown) Hair, his eyes, once blue have turned dark purple, he now has one Half Moon Stone in each hand, which allows him to meld with the Moon.How did he get these? His body has become more toned after intense training, and he now has a scar across his chest.Where did he get this? He typically wears a black cloakHow big is the cloak? What does it cover? instead of the white cloak with red flames that was passed down through his family, and he carries a kodachi (short sword) on his side in a sheath. He wears a black T-shirt under the cloak, and Dark Gray Jogging Pants. He has also shunned the ninja custom of wearing Zori sandals, and now wears worn black sneakers.
Backstory: Battoumaru was once a Jonin under the Principality of the Land of Fire, localized in the Hidden Leaf Village (Konoha) known as Battoumaru Namikaze. He has a wife, and son somewhere in the village, but has abandoned them, as he grew weary of his boring family life. His first order of business after leaving was to find the cure to a Malignant Dark Matter Seal that had been applied to his leg by a Beast of Dark Matter while he was still a ShinobiThis is a direct copy of sasuke ^_^. He got a Seal on him too while he was one.. During his travels to find the cure, he met, and singlehandedly defeated a tribe of Sun Magisters, a race who were imbued with the power of the sun, without using any Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu, and effectively leaving the entire tribe extinct.God mold much? If they had the power of the freakin' SUN, and he just used his hands, how did he take out a whole freaking TRIBE? Nobody can be that good! The Sun Magisters' rivals, The Moon Magisters were impressed with, and eternally grateful to Battoumaru, and as a reward, trained him to meld his personality with any form of the moon that he chose.Battoumaru chose the moon, and forever abandoned his Family name, Namikaze to receive the title, Battoumaru: The Half Moon Magister.
As the Half Moon Magister, he has many Psionic abilities, as well as more powerful Body Techniques. (Hand to Hand) With his newfound powers, he left to travel the world, only checking in on his son, Hoshi, every two years. His wife, Hinaru apparently remarried to a Hyuga Elder, and learned even more powerful techniques than the mighty Hakkeshotei (Eight Trigrams Palm Heel) Techniques she knew before. Because of these facts, Batt feels that his family are safe without him. However, Batt must soon face a new enemy, more powerful than any he's ever faced... Middle Age....
Abilities:
Invocation of the Half Moon: On nights with a half moon, (Or basically anything less than a full moon) Batt's powers are awakened. On half moon nights, it is awakened at full power. On full moon nights however, Batt is returned to his original status. That of a normal human with only normal body techniques to rely on.This is okay.
Getsukekkai (Moon Barrier): Batt can conjure a shield of Psionic energy three times a day, (five during a half moon) and protect himself from most attacks. This attack forms in the shape of the visible moon's shape. During an eclipse of the moon, it is useless.I though he could only use powers during a half moon? You contradicted yourself thar.
Burst of Agonizing Despair: A small burst of Batt's own negative energy. Makes Batt feel lighthearted, and less depressed afterward, and does slight damage to opponents if it hits. (Burn Damage)
Ninja Arts (Unusable): Batt still has memory of the basic precepts of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu, but no longer uses anything but Taijutsu (Body Techniques: Hand to hand combat.) Why is it here then?
Darkness Sword Style: Batt imbues his blade with Psionic energy to amplify his nodachi's cutting power twofold.
Dark Matter Seal (Unusable): Batt at one point came across a beast whose slash sealed Dark Matter in his left leg, which gave him more strength than the average human his size, but causing his body cells to slowly die. However, after melding his conciousness with the Moon, The Dark Matter was destroyed.cool story, bro
