If this IS a move, how would she even bring it out? At least with Toad it's at least possible, but how would Zelda carry a phantom around?
Anyways, here's a edit I made;  In the zoomed in picture, you can see the outline of the fingers, and it seems like she's halfway to her taunt pose. The Phantom resembles Phantom Zelda, but it has no eyes so it isn't a transformation form. |

It makes no sense for Twilight Princess Zelda to summon a Spirit Tracks/Phantom Hourglass Darknut. That'd be like Twilight Princess Link using the Wind Waker as one of his moves. I'm guessing it's an AT.

Concept and design-wise, Smash almost always makes sense. It's pretty clear what the characters are based on and how that source translates to Smash. It looks like her jab after the spark effect fades. Same pose done with her left hand. She just has a aggressive look on her face now probably because she's attacking. Zelda has been fighting fine by herself since Melee. I can't see Sakurai wanting to change the playstyle of an already unique character move-set. And even for Smash Bros., the Phantom doesn't make sense for a Zelda new attack; it wouldn't flow well with her move-set either. _________________ Luigi Movement, Cancel, Tech, etc. YouTube Video:

Oh yeah, I've already know how much you despise her Skyward Sword design and how it makes her look like a peasant. Yeah, the twilight princess design makes more sense to use. |
