Because of the way rulesets work in Ultimate, you could have it set up where turning hazards on/off takes like 2 button presses by having one of your preset rulesets be hazards on, and the other be the exact same except hazards are off.

Okay World of Light is an even worse name now that there's a Darkness themed antagonist too and the game focuses on balance between light and dark instead of fighting back against the light. The name Subspace Emissary was better in every way IMO.

subspace emissary was a better name cause no one knew what it meant, but it at least sounded cool

looking it up on google, an emissary is a fancy name for a diplomat or ambassador so its still a mystery what sakurai meant ten years later
