I don't think it's page stretching, more look everything is centered. I think it's the browser because it's not happening to me in FF or Chrome, but everything is centered in IE.

Try CTRL + F5... Wasn't fixed for me or Ray either, but Cleod advised that, and that fixed it for me. (at least for the moment, not sure if it'll come back)
