I agree with this. I think they're all likely candidates.

Guys if they put in a Tales character, i think it would likely be the most popular character in Japan, not everywhere else lol. Whether or not that character is still Lloyd, i dont know, but dont count on Lloyd being the most likely if he's not the most popular in Japan.

Despite that, you know, Symphonia is one of the most popular Gamecube games of, like, ever.

...In Japan too? Im not saying its not, but if it isnt then you guys shouldnt expect Lloyd to have the highest chance. Im not against Lloyd or anything, im just saying. You should be expecting any Tales character, not just Lloyd in particular, as they may not pick him.

Of course he's the most popular in Japan. Look at his inclusion in Soul Calibur, or how he's one of the poster boys for tales of vs. Not to mention Symphonia is the only major tales game to get a sequel.

I wouldnt know, as i just got into Tales not long ago, I really want to play Symphonia but i cant. Oh well...

I really dont care who's the most popular character, it just would be nice to see a character from the series. They are really much the same, since they mostly have the same artes in each game. There's only subtle differences between them moveset-wise, other than that, it would be down to character specific asthetics.

...Tales of Xillia is getting a sequel lol, though that may be unrelated.

Tales of Xillia, Tales of Destiny, Tales of the World (Although it's a spinoff..) But since Tales of Symphonia was the only mainstream one to have a sequel on Nintendo systems, he'd have the highest chance. I'd still rather Emil though.. <3 Emil.

Destiny 2 was -sort of- brought here because of Tales of the World having Kyle. But, yeah, ToS is the only one localized so far.

I'd rather have Emil due to the fact he is my favorite Tales protagonist, and I prefer playing as him overall. He's way better at air combat anyway.

Put in Tekken characters as opposed to someone more deserving like Lloyd or KOS-MOS or Emil and I will brutally slaughter every male employee. And non-virgin female employees. We all know what I'll do with the rest.

Its nice how they realize we actually DON'T want those characters though.

What I'd really like to hear from Nintendo is details on the game itself. Yeah yeah, we get it. Namco is helping to develop it. But I want them to start confirming characters, even if it has to be a character we know for sure is gonna be in it, due to their overwhelming popularity. I don't care that much about the stages or even items (other than the Smash Ball. They'd BETTER bring that back!). Although they might as well confirm some stages and items, as it couldn't hurt to do so (unless they confirm that a popular stage isn't gonna be in it). Confirming anything at all about the gameplay would be nice. But it is a big game, and they might not even have any time to confirm anything.

Relax, I'm sure they'll have a trailer at the next E3, and an update by update website not to long after that. The same thing happened with Brawl. It began development, had a trailer at E3 a year later, and a website a little more then a year after that.
